Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I asked for a fair price that another wreckers was offering but they tried to rip me off for all the parts I was after and was very rude about it all. Offered me one high price then went higher even if I pulled the parts and installed them. I proceeded via another wreckers in Dandenong who were amazing and got all parts and more for cheaper than I asked this place, and that’s with them installing it all free or cost. I would not go here. Drive the extra distance and get looked after elsewhere.

Called, arranged price told date and time to pick up, never showed. Called again, promised next day same time, never showed. Don't do business with Power Car Removal they are time wasters, unreliable.

Purchased a fairly hard to find door mirror for a 2016 Outback. All done over the phone, they sent me photos, agreed a good price and included shipping in the cost. It arrived next working day in very good condition.

Called and asked for specific gearbox and gave Zach the model number who then assured us it was the right part we asked for 7 day return guarantee in writing as his knowledge seemed minimal to which he reluctantly did, arranged pick up time, part wasn’t ready, then organised delivery time, Zach never showed up and didn’t notify us to why, called Zach again who said he would show the next day, showed up the last minute with the incorrect gearbox, we then organised to take it back for a refund as this is what we had in writing, $2000 part and they have a refund limit of $1000 which had to be done in multiples of $400 and $200 and was assured I should just go home and ‘the rest would be transferred to me’ eventually money was transferred but after Zach being extremely rude over the phone, no one here knows what they are doing and are all extremely rude. If you’re brave enough to do business here, make sure you get everything in writing!

Horrible experience! I went over to check the part I wanted to buy and it was in good condition. They charged $950 inc delivery (New part is $600 but has to come from overseas and customer didn't want to wait) which I paid up front after checking the headlining out ensuring it was OK which it was. They delivered it over a week later and when we took the plastic wrapping off it the following day, the headlining was covered in greasy fingerprints and was bent and creased and missing an air conditioning pipe off the back of the board. When I rang to get it sorted out they wanted nothing to do with it, telling me it was fine (it wasnt) and that it was a hard job to remove and it was my fault for not checking it when it was delivered. The person removing it obviously had no idea how to do it properly and now they wont answer calls or call back.I will never buy from here again and would warn others against doing so. Terrible customer service, terrible price, terrible quality and no after sales support, just take the money and hide.
