Such an amazing team to have work on your campervan. A to Z Imports go way above your expectations. We were told by 3 other companies it could not be done and we had to have a custom made bar installed to allow a child restraint in the cabin, which would have effected our bench seat and BBQ draws in the newly fitted out campervan. We were stuck with a new campervan and unable to have our child in it which defeated the purpose of our lifestyle changes.A to Z Imports worked through the problem and returned the van completed and with a compliance plate all in the same day. It was never an issue and they kept me updated throughoutExcellent service and excellent customer support.Highly recommend them.

Robbie & Ray were fabulous to deal with! They really know their stuff, got straight into it at my appointment time, and were very thorough. I'd highly recommend and should I have a similar need in the future they'll be my top pick.

I have recently received an email from A-Z that has inspired me to revise my review.Pros: My motorcycle was already on the boat from the US to Australia when there had been the realisation that the exporting service did not file the import documents. A-Z speedily worked to get the import approval done and they had completed my compliance.Cons:When I had received my bike back from their compliance work, both the battery and the speedometer was broken.A little background on the bike: The bike had less than 1000 miles (purchsed in late 2018) on it so it was functionally brand new. It didn’t even have enough milage on the bike for it to be brought it for its first service. There should have been no issues related to the functionality of the bike. The bike is also stored in an underground garage. When I had received the bike back from compliance, the battery no longer started. This should not have been an issue because the battery had been replaced about a month or so before the bike had been given to A-Z for compliance. Additionally, when I had put the bike in the tow truck to be transported to A-Z, there was absolutely no issues with the battery and the bike started right away.In addition to the battery, the speedometer was also broken. The needle would constantly get stuck at various speeds and even when the bike was parked, it still read at 40km/hr. This poses an additional issue living in Brisbane due to the fact that there is a hefty speeding fine issued if you are slightly over the speed limit. When I had contacted A-Z about the speedometer not working, they gave me a bunch of unlikely reasons as to why it wasn’t working. They had told me that speedometer wasn’t working because the bike hadn’t been started in two months. I can can see that being possible reason if the bike was much older than a year, but considering that this bike is roughly a year old - that reason is incredibly unlikely. A much more plausible reason is that in order to bring the bike up to Australian compliance standards, they had inserted a thick plastic insert under the speedometer needle. The main issue with this method according to the manufacturer, is that the speedometer is absolutely not designed to be tampered with in any capacity. I took the bike to the manufacturer and they confirmed that it was the work that A-Z had done that was the reason for the speedometer issue. The only solution they offered me was to bring the bike in. I live over an hour away and am a full time student. So my options were to drive the bike on the highway with no speedometer (seems very dangerous) OR to pay a lot of money to have it towed to A-Z. And if I had to have it towed there and back from A-Z, it would have basically cost the same amount as a new speedometer. With the attitude and unreasonably defensive responses that I had received from A-Z, I was under the strong impression that they would not actually do anything to help me so I considered this to be a poor solution. The email previously noted at the top of this review from A-Z was actually an email threatening me with legal action for my previous review. They stated it was slander however I have plenty of documentation of corroborate my story and of their poor responses to my issues. In their email, they continued to state that “the reviews are only based on fact” - I find this to be odd because at least 2 of these 5 star reviews (Brent and Rae-Ann) are from the employees of A-Z. This is a huge conflict of interest - if this service is as good as they claim it to be then I can’t see why the employees are writing these reviews in order to boost their rating. Shouldn’t their work speak for itself?**Review continues in attached photos accessed through the photo link next to my account name

After finding out AtoZ could install child anchor points into my 1977 Kombi, I phoned to book her in. She was in and out the same day with all work professionally done and appropriate documentation for the modification received. I then booked her in to have the engine insulation removed and replaced. I’m so impressed with their professionalism and quality of their work, they will most likely be doing my total body Resto on her.

Highly recommend these guys. Had a c10 and some small boxes sitting in LA for months after giving the run around by other shippers. A to Z had all the paperwork and shipping sorted quicker than I could even Imagine. When the vehicle got to Australia the service didn't stop they had my truck in shop getting all compliance work done and ready to register within days. The work is quality and the service was amazing, cant wait to deal with them again.

Super happy to be referred to this business! They were able to install and modplate my nismo seats, so I could enjoy them in my car.I've dealt with a lot of car workshops, and was happy to experience a business with a dedicated Receptionist who handled my work request from beginning to end, including confirmation texts.A to Z Imports were polite and professional and above all, did the work I needed done, in a timely manner. I would recommend them to others, and I would use them again in the future if I needed any more custom work or modplates etc.
