An Absolute No - We were greeted with no absolute interest in offering the service. The two ladies at the front weren’t bothered to respond to our queries. It was very disrespectful to face such an unpleasant experience early in the morning… The company should consider hiring people who are actually interested in welcoming customers! Frustrating tbh

Have been coming to Tai Chi Master at Torronga Village for years. All the therapist are professional. The place is clean. Discount if you buy cash coupon. Ask for James for male therapist and May for female therapist.

Had a full body massage with hot stones here recently, it was quite disappointing. The pressure was very hard, even after I asked multiple times for the pressure to be softer the lady did not seem to listen to this. The hot stones were only on for maybe 2 minutes. The customer service wasn’t great either, we were walked to our rooms but not told what to do (e.g. “you can get ready for your massage now and we will come back soon”). It shouldn’t be assumed that everyone knows what to do. It’s the small details that make a good experience.

Had an excellent massage here, booked it due to not sleeping well due to backache, went home & napped for 2hours right after!. Booked my appointment via Google an hour before, which was a simple process. However, thought it was a bit odd that on arrival there was no consultation prior to the massage to ask about any particular concerns or instructions given on what to do when shown to the massage bed - (eg where to put clothes, lie face down with towel over you etc) might be confusing for people who've not had a massage before. Was a bit dubious going into it, but turned out to be a great massage & haven't had any backache in the last few days since my appointment.
