Hi there, writing this review for my Father who requested the services of the supply of security and privacy mesh on gates of residential home, requesting a product and for a quote to be supplied. After multiple phone calls and trying to chase up this quote he received no response. Being a customer service based person all my life this is very poor professionalism and poor service from your Business.

I would like to thank Whittlesea, Nillumbik, Doreen, Mernda, Donnybrook, Beveridge & Hume Security Doors & Screens for a great friendly service from the office, to the quotation, to the installation. Pricing was also great. I will use them again and highly recommend them to family, friends and clients.

WORST Company EVER to deal with - wanted to select <0> starts. They installed Security doors, we paid more than other quotes as we felt the company presented a strong case for the quality of their product. The doors were repaired at least 3 times each within weeks of installation. At one point, when the doors had locked themselves and we could not exit our house, call to the Wife who manages the administration told me I would have to wait until her guys were free the following week! At no time was I rude to this woman, but I was clearly frustrated by her total lack of customer service. Her husband and the gentleman installing the doors were very pleasant but you couldn't speak to them, as you had to go via his Wife. I did send an email advising the company of my frustration and highlighting the poor customer service. Today, 12 months later called them to advise that our back door again is not locking - Wife's response was, your wife sent a letter of complaint to us, we couldn't get to you for another 6 weeks at least! This lady has clearly not taken a customer service course or obtained a job she likes! Don't be fooled, doors look amazing but they actually have to serve their purpose and at least 'lock'!
