Disgusting attitude of employee delivering parts to A&B Auto Electric. Parked A&B’s customer into driveway as he was trying to reverse out. When asked to move he said aggressively “so what” and refused to move, saying, “well you’ll just have to wait then.” Customer had to wait for this delivery person to go in, deliver and then eventually move. TLC will never be supported by me for auto parts as such a character has little to seek in our otherwise pleasant community.

Parking in front of shop always helps + my purchase took like 2 minutes. The guy asks how can he help. Double check on PC the transmission oil on my Volvo and show me options.

Ordered some fan belts online. Wrong fans belts delivered. Emailed company to advise of wrong fan belts and was sarcastically told PS the phone still works". Sent a reply to let them know I was away at work with no phone coverage and that communicating via email was easier as it gave history of the conversation. Never heard back from them
