Unprofessional, arrogant and rude. Worst Dental Surgery in Brisbane.

My daughter and I have been coming to Mathew for around 10 years. He even did her orthodontics which were ultimately on for only half the time we'd expected. He's a friendly unassuming North Queenslander, skilled with modern equipment, great 'chair-side manner' and I think he's awesome.

My family has been going to Rosalie Dental for the past 7 years. I cannot speak highly enough of Mathew and his team. We have recommended Rosalie Dental to many family and friends who share our opinion on Mathew's commitment to his profession and excellence in patient care.Thank you Mathew for taking such good care of our family over the years. The staff and team at Rosalie are in one word , fantastic, they make you feel relaxed , comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dentist.

If I could warn you not to go somewhere it would be to this dentist. I paid to have my teeth straightened (only 1 crooked tooth) It got worse and then when the treatment had ended according to the dentist the tooth was the same as when I begun. He suggested I had unrealistic results and was happy to take my money in full with no improvement in the appearance of my tooth.

I moved to Brisbane just over three years ago and came across Rosalie Dental via a friend’s referral. My whole family visits the clinic and we could not be happier with the service. The Dentist, Matthew has a wonderful manner which is particularly important to me given one of my children usually has issues going to the Dentist. The facilities are modern and the atmosphere welcoming. As far as going to the Dentist is concerned I would highly recommended it.

I would like to take the opportunity to put pen to paper showing my appreciation and gratitude to my new Dentist, Matty.Having experienced such horrible dental appointments as a child, my anxiety goes through the roof when I attend any dentist appointments now.I cannot thank Matty enough for how he handled my anxiety; he actually listened to what I was saying, understood where I was coming from and made me feel at ease which meant I could trust him.The procedure barely took 10 mins but it took me so much more time leading up to the procedure but his understanding and caring nature finally got me there.Now I have a plan as well, that’s excellent, gives me something to work towards.I also want to thank the dental nurse as well; she has such a gentle caring nature too.For someone that experiences anxiety, these two make a great team.Once again, thank you Matty
