Bought a product from ebay with free postage. But they didn't pay enough postage. I emailed them but they never replied. Never do any transaction with them

As a sewer I was disappointed in the quality of the finished product which is now coming undone after the first wear. The fit of the skirt was dubious, the waistband had been cut and altered incorrectly and despite repeated requests, the fine silk fabric was cut uneconomically meaning that several meters are now wasted. in addition the top was lined in my expensive silk contrast despite me requesting this fabric not be used for lining. They were quick to turn around and it shows. I would not recommend and should have backed myself to make this outfit. I would have done a better job. English is not a first language which makes specific requests like cutting fabric to save as much being used as possible difficult. Simple repair jobs might be fine but not creating outfits from scratch.

I have worked with Ann for many years, she's done ful suit alterations, lifted dresses from the shoulders and created one of my favorite sequins tops from scratch. As well as hemming and smaller jobs.

Really friendly owners. Very hospitable.
