It pays to shop local. All the staff are excellent, friendly and professional. Kate … you’re a star.I’ve seen a couple of negative reviews on here and seriously find it hard to believe they are genuine. Whilst waiting for scripts I’ve observed staff interaction with customers and everyone has been treated with absolute care and respect. Highly recommend.

There is a RUDE woman working there. My friend went there last week who is really struggling to get on top of health struggles. How you spoke to her really caused damage and set her back! You don’t realise the effect your words have on people. Be Kind or at least be professional!!!

Good pharmacy. Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and they price match where possible. I used to drive to Oxley to a another big discount pharmacy, but I'd rather support a great little local business.Highly recommendedDesleigh

Rudest staff I have ever met I would never treat anyone the way I was treated today. I work in customer service and honestly the service I received was appalling. Hopefully they replace them cause that was the worst service I have ever received. NEVER COMING BACK!

Had a great experience dealing with the business today, i called to cancel my flu vaccine appointment but Tracey was very friendly and helpful and confirmed my appointment despite being late. Dr Son had given me the vaccine with a great and friendly manners. Another doctor helped with my booking. I really appreciate all your kindness and diligence. You are true champions in our community.
