Padstow Dentist - Dentapex

Called them Saturday morning, because my tooth filling fell out. Got an appointment straight away. Very good and friendly consultation, offered me anesthetic to reduce pain, but without was okay too. Everyone there was very welcoming and nice. Would recommend to anyone!

It has beautiful and friendly team of dentists and nurses. They feel patient more comfortable .Also they have various payment options and offers which suits to every person. I like the environment

Recently, I visited to the Dentapex in Padstow and I feel that their services are different from the others one. They attend each and every client with different manner. I like their way of handling kids. They use high-class techniques for treatments and I refer everyone their clinic for every type of dental problems.

I had my teeth cleaned with Dr Amandeep. I've always been wary of Dentists just from past experience but I was so relieved when I met Dr Aman. She was lovely. She kept checking in on me to make sure I was alright and really made me feel comfortable. I'm so glad I found a local Dentist who is warm and friendly with soft and gentle hands. I would highly recommend Dr Aman. If I can give her 10 stars I would. Needless to say my anxiety was very low throughout the experience. Will be coming back for more dental work done. Thank you Dr Ama and to Ritu as well her assistant, she was super friendly.

Requested for pricing information via their website platform in regards to orthodontics treatment for my son.Their website advertises free consult for first appointment, as well as dental, orthodontics and cosmetic dental treatment. However, when receptionist rang to book me in, nothing was mentioned that their orthodontics services are not available, nor was the first consult free despite their website's contrary advertisement.Rock up to our appointment and I realised that dentist, Dr Navduy Matheroo was prepping for a check up and clean and thats when I halted her and told her that we are after an orthodontic consult only because my son's teeth were cleaned and scaled 2 days ago. She proceeded to examine my son's teeth but claim that she will have to refer my son to an orthodontist as no such services are available at the clinic.I was charged 40 for a look into my son's teeth, only to be told she can't help us because no such services are available. I was also given a useless referral which would cost me nothing as I can simply ring any orthodontist and make the appointment myself but I chose Dentapex because their website says cosmetic and orthodontics treatment are available.Totally wasted my time and money with the false advertising.Dentapex has acted unprofessionally in terms of whats advertised and offered on website.

Went there for a problem tooth didnt treat me. Few months later it had to be taken out somewhere else

Dr Amandeep, great dentist, quite friendly and so is her assistant :)Will be coming back in a few months.

Dr Chin and assistant were very patient waiting for injection to take effect before extraction. She looked carefully at my previous X-rays, history notes and medication. Good Time management skills. She did not rush me to get up after the extraction. I would be happy to have Dr Chin as my permanent dentist.
