SERIOUSLY JUST RUN FROM FROM TANGKED AND GO SEE Samara and Gabby at T and Co further down. They spent hours fixing the mess Tangled staff created. Would give 10 stars if I could. I was in tears and finally left happy

First u won’t treated by same person 5 different people treating you. Last person wash my head with long nails with useless massage. Price always changing. Jacky told me she care about customers n criticising about other salons. Well u r no less than what u r telling about salons. My half head of foils are so uneven. She was guiding everyone in the salon but u did a really bad job. So disappointed with the service! Nothing was good about it. I feel so frustrated going there especially when ur hair looks bad.

Unfortunately the stylist you book with is not the one who attends to your hair. Time and time again I have seen my stylist on arrival and then a junior or even trainee does the colour and foils. They made such a mess of it once that I had to return the following week and have it done again. (At their expense). Now my preferred stylist has left, and so have I.

I go to this hair salon all the time. Before them I was a brunette trying to go blonde, I had tried many other salons that damaged my hair and made it had for it to grow back, but when I went to the girls there they told me the truth like other salons hadn't even used toner and they helped me out, now I'm blonde. I'd like to say a special thanks to the girl who did my hair last at Penrith, Karen, she took pride in doing it and stayed with me the many many hours it took to do it, she didn't give me any excuses and got me to the even creamy blonde colour I wanted before my big day, I'm going back with my partner to get our hair styled in a couole days too.She also did a special trick when I was getting my hair bleached and toned, it using hurts like crazy naturally because of the toner and bleach but she made it not hurt at all in comparison to other times, it was a great experience and I left very happy with my hair. I've never had a bad experience so far at Tangled Penrith and now notice my hair grow back better and faster then before.Would definitely ask for Karen again and recommend her.

I came in last week and got mine and my daughters hair cutI was not happy at all in regards to my daughter.She was left waiting in the chair for so long after the lady brushed her hair she was waiting god knows how long for the hair dresser to start cutting her hair.Then half way through the hair dresser takes the sections down in her hair and goes off for another 10 minutes or longer leaving my daughter sitting thereFor a 10 minute hair cut it took way over the time it should of and I have just now realized my child’s hair looks like it’s just been hacked at with a pair of kitchen scissors.I am not happy at all she still has dead ends and dry ends I will be coming in to get my money back

Came here earlier this year to get my hair cut. My hair was a horrible colour as a result of a particular person at their hairdresser that dyed it. My hair had gone from red to an orange yellow colour and was dry and completely dead. I had a lot of difficulty maintaining as a result of having long curly hair. I came back to get it cut and they all gave disapproving looks and even the person cutting my hair went and gossiped with the other hairdresser about the state of my hair. Not only that they took turns deciding who was going to cut my hair. Then to make it worse they accused me of having head lice! It was dandruff!! They then proceeded to tell me they could not cut my hair. I was embarrassed for months until I went to another hairdresser recommended by my friend. Blitz hairdressers fixed my hair and now it looks better than ever. Completely healthy and no dandruff. All I needed was a special treatment to lessen the severity of dandruff. Do not go here. They are rude and do not have understanding whatsoever even when they stuff up.

Went in person in late September to pay a deposit and book an appointment for extensions for a week later. The extensions were never ordered on time and I have had my appointments moved at least 3 times.Finally had an appointment for tomorrow 9am, only to get a call at 2.50pm the day before to say that I was booked with the wrong person.I’m sorry the service is not good enough. When I asked if I could get my deposit back I was told I could buy the extensions from them or lose my deposit.I chose to lose my deposit because I don’t want any more to do with this salon.Totally disappointed.

I have been looking for a good hair dresser for years. Someone who understand my hair type and would deliver as per my requirements.Im finally happy to say i found one at Tangled.Karenndid absolutely amazing job on my hair. I went to salon in day wjen she was working alone, she was on her toes throughout, had smile on her fave greeted everyone and did amazing job.Will be going back again and again.

Had an appointment booked for 1:30 however the girl who booked me must of been new because she literally had no idea and booked me in wrong, didn’t start my service until 13:50 which was fine because it was my day off. I had my hair done by Tish who was absolutely fabulous, very knowledgeable and my hair turned out how exactly I wanted it. Will be booking with her next time. :)#thanksgirl

I went there today to get just a shampoo/condition and trim in between my shopping. I asked for collar bone length trim. The entire haircut process felt rushed and I felt as though they were trying to get me out as quick as possible because they seemed busy. My hairdresser Melissa left my hair so uneven after a 10min haircut of cutting 10-15cm off. Not only that, I asked her to blowdry my hair as I didn’t want it wet as I continued my shopping. She dried it about 40% then says “that should be fine, the rest will air dry”. I did not feel welcomed at all, and such a rushed job left me with uneven hair that I had to fix at home. Would not recommend going here.
