Hi I've had a long history of health issues been in constant pain for the last 20 years due to many broken bones and other injuries past and present despite being prescribed panadeine fortes/tramadol/valium and temazapam I try not to take cause they make things worse, smoking weed is the only thing that helps stop anxiety pain and sleep if you could help with that plz

I have paid for my initial script without hesitation, and cannot get through to Cannvalate on phone or chat to find out the cost of following consults if I do not pay for a care plan. NO receipt or invoice online to verify that I have paid, even though I have asked for this. I am not feeling that you are upfront. Maybe my first script will be my last. Not being helpful.

Really efficient system to get the script and then have it dispensed. Dr Paula is great. Well done on this part of the process. But you are being badly let down by your delivery systems. It takes 3 weeks from receipt of medicine by the designated courier (Australia Post)to then get to you(how is this so) ?. I paid $960 for the medicine, so more than happy to pay some extra $$ to get timely ( 3 day) delivery. So a message of encouragement. You are delivering a great product, but please iron out the delivery bugs. CDB has worked for my insomnia, big time .Thank you

Honestly think they ran out of the right product and sent me the next closest thing because nothing tastes or feels right at all but I've called and lots of excuses not to swap the untouched ones back. Just has me uneasy trusting for the future

The whole process with Cannvalate was 5 star. Coming from Canada where Cannabis has been medically and recreationally available for some time I was worried about the process. There was no need. It was easy and timely, with initial consult and doctor consult appropriate. Receiving my medication was also streamline and I was kept up to date with priority post. Will definitely use again. Pleasantly surprised.

Walk on by. Entire process has been painful.Tell them you want a specific product all the way through, they make you pre-pay, go through the consultation process, then call you back to say they don't have the particular product you want. Ask for a refund and they won't refund to your credit card, only to a bank account and it will apparently take 10 business days. What an absolute joke.

The product is fine but I’ve been through hell dealing with leaking packages. I have twice received packages where the goods had leaked in the mail. The second time this happened I waited over 8 weeks for them to replace the goods even though I RTS the package at the post office when going to pick it up. Ad there policy I waited patiently for it to arrive back to them and had to go 2 months without medication and becoming quiet unwell in the meantime. The damaged parcel was lodged through AusPost and they could see its tracking but still refused to send out new goods for more than 8 weeks. The parcel was clearly lost in mail not due to my fault and it took 20 emails back and forth to finally get sent a new one. Really disappointing to not have a medication that is needed and missing out on work due to illness.

For wrongful events such as below - I think it is good to report to the medical board. I do believe changing a negligent conduct by the company that dispensing import medicine/ medication is essential———-This clinic can be very dangerous to mental health patientsIn 2020, I have consulted with Dr Kevin Cheng, without any proper consultation (he did not ask any symptoms) denied the medication that was required (THC)I was already suffering from very serious case of C-PTSD and this denial of medication lead to many dangerous results. Of course this is not singular reason of my C-PTSD accelerated to level of multiple suicides and assaults in public (screaming), but it did definitely contributeAnd I emailed the company how the consult was minimal this was their response——————I am very sorry to hear that your experience was not a positive one.I cant say much on the type of medication that was prescribed, at the end of the day we put our trust in the doctor's to prescribe a suitable medication based on the symptoms and diagnosis' of the patient.——————I have emailed back saying this is not about “trusting” doctor, as a company minimal standard of consult should be achieved to protect patients and society. I also notified them I will report the doctor to the medical board for the negligence.I feel like this a reckless conduct———-28/05They replied with assume to be a copy-paste type response.
