I never seen like this store really bad costumer service I will never go back to this paint shop for anything.who is the manager?all personal is rude and angry THEY SHOULD NOT WORK THERE it’s really poor management unbelievable!

My husband Anthony visited your store this morning, as we only use Haymes paints due to recommendations from his father, who has been a builder for over 50 years.Husband stated the service was amazing and a big thank you to Chad. You will be our go to store, and my father in law Lyell will be visiting in the near future.Good to have a store that stocks Haymes and provides sensational service.

Went into store to have paint tinted and after coming home found that the paint had no tint. Went back to store to fix the issue. The sales person didn't believe me so put the tin in the shaker. Guess what. No tint! No apology. Very poor customer service with no regard for swearing in front of customers.

Terrible customer service. Not a hello or ‘are you being served?’ by anyone. Finally got the attention of one of them (no one in the shop besides me) and when tint mixed no glimpse at the contents after mixing and surprise surprise the lid and lip of can was very dented. Sales guy appeared so surprised….. give me a break! Never again!

My partner found this shop by chance and is happy to not be going to that Green Shed place. Great customer service and remembers their customers. The paint quality was excellent and the pot sizes are better quality than that other place.
