Have been visiting Strand bags Australia stores for years. Worst experience at the DFO Cairns store. The Lady's behavior never suits for a customer service representative. She doesn't want to talk or offer any help to the customers. Extremely rude behavior and when questioned her, she is telling that I'm from "THIS" Country

Large store with a wide range of handbags, backpacks, suitcases and travel accessories. Up to 70% off, so you can get some good bargains. Well lit store and shop assistant was helpful and friendly. Would definitely shop here again.

Product quality was excellent… but the staff in the store was very rude …. Every time I went in store, I always scanned my loyalty card… but, on another day, have bought more than 4 products, staff refused to scan…..very exceptional & staff not treating well or not communicating well ..to all the customers.

Staff were exceptionally rude especially the manager. When queried on a price ticket as it clearly didn't add up she yelled from across the shop then proceeded to aggressively argue the point so we walked out. Would never go back and staff should be sacked for the way they treat customers

Staff were so rude to me, I went in to exchange a handbag I had received as a gift as I had purchased the same one for myself. The staff member I dealt with had an attitude, the tone of her voice was harsh & completely disrespectful. My overall experience was unpleasant I will not be shopping at strandbags again.
