Stay away, staff attitude is terrible, hygienic is terrible and they just gave me bread 3 days old ( fresh bread doesn’t have this creases ). Such a shame !

Middle age lady in the store is rude and makes you feel you are in the store to get bread for free, she will be giggling with other staff. And again was talking and laughing with another customer in the store whiles other customers stand outside waiting to get in. Her customer service is poor, such staff needs to be called to order.

Every time I go into this store (3 times a week) the middle aged lady with tattoos seems to be in a bad mood and just generally rude (she also loads up the shelves with pastries wearing no gloves in the morning). I understand people have bad days but this sad sack is rude EVERY time. Bakers delight really should look at getting rid of this burden on the company.

I love the bread from Gymea Bakers Delight. Delicious and freshly made daily. Wholemeal loaves, Vienna sourdough, hot cross buns in season, Portuguese tarts, all great. Lemon tarts for me are a bit sweet, but each to their own. Their pizza bases (only sold Fri-Sun) are great for homemade pizza too.
