I was recommended Andrew Bolkunowicz (Offset Architecture) from highly regarded Irena Lobaza (Basset & Lobaza) Architects in Seddon.Andrew created a couple of different options for me, first drawings were to demolish and rebuild the back of my period home in Seddon with a new kitchen and bathroom with a brilliant architectural cathedral ceiling feature and glass wall to provide a sense of space and allowing more natural light.Disappointingly however, this design didn't proceed due to impacts of Covid with pricing and difficulties in securing a genuine builder during this time.Instead, I've decided to go with my Plan B renovation in which Andrew has been a great support providing fantastic options and great updated drawings.Plus he's coordinated all the hard work in pulling this together with Maribyrnong Council permits, Construction Engineers and potential builders etc.Can highly recommend Andrew who has been really great to work with and he's a perfectionist with good insight, understanding, patience and has a good dry sense of humour.I have no doubt they'll all be seeking Andrew Bolkunowicz from Offset Architecture services for sure!Darren C from Seddon.
