Bloke grabbed my automatic boot lid as it was opening causing it to stop then proceeded to try manhandle it open (it stops when any pressure is applied as a safety feature) then grabbed a bag roughly that ripped open and had bottles bounce all over my bumper and smash on the floor only to mutter something under his breath. Didn't clean the shattered bottles and the car behind me crunched through them. Always slow, obviously can't count as the lady in front of me is underpaid.Yeah not coming back here again.

Ripped off. Only paid 25c per kilo for lead while another reputable recycling centre paid 65c per kilo for lead. Essentially they got 3 free batteries out of me. Absolutely pays to call around and see what the rates are.

It's pretty frustrating when you double check opening hours (Saturday open until 12:30) load your car up and arrive at 5 past 12 only to wait 7 minutes at the gate watching staff stroll by. Eventually got out and asked someone what was going on only to be told that they have enough work to last them until 12:30 and they wouldn't serve me. As far as I know, regarding any business, 'opening hours' are intended to provide a customer hours of service and have nothing to do with the staff roster.

Not happy. Can't count. 31 cartons x$2.40 =$74.40. plus over 4 massive bags of bottle's and cans. Only received $76.90. advise people to find another place. Ripped Off!!!!

Like others before I have noticed the sloppy counting of bottles and cans, and up till now I have ignored it. However today I took in some scrap cable and was advised that it was only suitable for e waste. I took another load to a different recycler who gave me $3 a kilo.It pays to ring around first.

The line is unbearable I wasted about 1 hour in that line that’s 1 hour of my life I will never get back. That shows they are sloppy unorganised and slow so the wait was no worth it. I was ripped of about 10 to 20 dollars.I recommend this place for people who like long waits and getting ripped of.

The guys here are great always. This is the only scout recycling place I will go to and its been that way for 5+ years. Always a pleasure.
