Prices aside, I’d like to comment an service I received Monday 13/06. And yes the item I bought was overpriced, but when paying for it I was impressed with Casey’s multitasking. She managed serve customers, answer enquiries, and teach new girl to use counter. And packed my water filter all at the same time. Good work!

I've been in to Salvos Preston a few times. There is a really good selection of adult clothes that are reasonably priced but the cost of babies/children's clothes, shoes and toys are extortionate. As an example, a small used kids back pack $18, a very used grobag $18 and a pair of used baby shoes $32. Maybe my expectations are misaligned, but I was so shocked by the pricing. Also, there are some regular staff there who treat everyone in the shop with suspicion and hostility. Definitely not a usual Salvos experience.

The staff were pleasant. This location seemed to have a more extensive jewelry selection than many Salvos. This Salvos is tiny, if you are looking for furniture pieces or housewares this particular location is not your best bet.Trying to find a parking spot nearby was practically impossible. Though that's definitely not their fault, just wanted people to have a heads up so they are prepared. However, they had lots of clothing options, and lots of women's shoes for being in such a small space.

Rude woman managing, she was making the prices of everything higher, changing what they originally were and when I mentioned an off brand item was marked double what it would be new she was rude. Don’t like this opshop anymore. Used to get some bargains. Used to be affordable for people in need.

Overall a good store, could use with a bit of music/radio to improve the atmosphere a bit. Staff are nice!

Overpriced for the quality of items. Unfriendly and unwelcoming staff. Prices are comparative to an antique store. Disappointing that Salvos has become focused on profits rather than helping the community.

Love Salvos stores! This one nice small, but has a wide variety of goods, and seems to always be well-staged and clean.

I've been to this Salvo's twice and both times the staff made me feel so unwelcome. As I was paying for my things they just gave me a really threatening dead eyed stare like I was their worst enemy. Don't bother with this place, it's weird. There's a lovely Sacred Heart just up the road with friendly staff and better clothing.
