I am incredibly happy with my choice to come to Elena Permanent Beauty for my combination brows and lip blush. The healed results are so beautiful and I’ve received so many compliments.Samira did a wonderful job of helping me choose colours that perfectly complement my hair, eyes and skin tone and created a shape that enhanced my features.The salon is very clean, organised and beautifully styled. The entire process was very professional and I was comfortable throughout. I’ll continue coming back for my annual touch-ups and other beauty services they offer!
