Devine Property

We've been with Devine Property Hobart for 2 years and are very happy with the service of our managing agent, Molly. She's proactive and responsive in getting things fixed and has great communication. She's supported by a good team and the office has good reporting systems.

I want to give a shout-out specifically to Molly Headlam, my property manager at Devine. She is very pro-active, extremely prompt in her replies keeps me very informed about the status of my Hobart property. It's difficult to find a good property manager, Molly is GREAT!

I have been with Devine Property since Feb. 2019 when they took over from the previous RE Agent managing my property in Kingston Beach. My property manager, Molly Headlam throughout this time has been exceptional & I have become accustomed to her exceeding my expectations. She is professional, courteous & provides helpful advice.She also liaises with the accounts officer on my behalf on occasion which is much appreciated.Residing in WA, the time difference can be a bit painful however, Molly's turnaround time for actioning requests & responding with information &/or advice is very swift. I can also rely on her to seek the best value quote for any repairs etc. required to be undertaken at the property.Overall, I'm a very satisfied client of DP & cannot recommend Molly highly enough based on her consistent high quality service & willingness to assist.

Our dealings with Devine Property have always been excellent. Molly Headlam who is looking after our investment property in Hobart has been an excellent Manager. She is very approachable, is quick to respond to and follow up on any queries or problems. She performs regular property inspections and keeps us up to date on any maintenance issues that might occur. Our overall experience with Molly and Devine Property have been very satisfactory.

I had been a tenant with Devine Properties for over 2 years.We got Molly as a property manager for our rental house from last 6 month and she is genuinely professional and fixed our all house problem within a week or two. She always response us in good manner. Her dedication about fixing a tenant's problem is highly recommended thing.

He has always been 100 per cent professional, honest and courteous, a gentleman, and a pleasure to work with. He has imparted the same rigorous standards into the staff he works with today. Our current property manager is Daisy, her customer service is second to none - she makes us feel valued. I would have no hesitation in recommending Devine Property.

Marc, Sam and the team at Devine Property Hobart have been an absolute pleasure and breath of fresh air to deal with throughout the process. From the inspections, negotiations and to the settlement process everything has been communicated above excellent. Their manner, open honest communication has been second to none. Very efficient friendly in all dealings. Definitely cannot recommend their Property Management highly enough.
