Good quality customer service they care for the customer. They gave me good quality service with good bargains and prices. I know the other reviews say they weren’t satisfied with their service but they have sorted it out. They’ve fixed their service and it’s much better now due to staff and policy updates.

Quoted me $60 but at the end when I needed to pay said it was $16. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all!

As per the other reviews on this store. I was charged $68 (ripped off! but buyer beware) for a screen protector that on inspection, was clearly made for a different phone and had obviously been cut to fit my phone. I complained that afternoon as was told that they would order in the correct one for the phone and give me a call. The call never came. The one they installed lifted and was pealing off after 2 weeks. They now admit they cant provide the correct one for the phone and are refusing to provide a refund saying that they don't have a refund policy. Fair Trading complaint lodged. Take your money elsewhere.

Highly recommend this place, very helpful and friendly

Very poor service. Had been sold wrong size screen protector for 50$ by the so called “Boss” now they will no help with change for right size. Not a good store.

After three attempts of being told it would be ready and it not, not answering their phones, making excuses and refusing a refund. I was forced to this in their presence after they tried to take advantage of my wife. Do not use this business. It is joke.

Took the money on my card and when l opened the box it was the wrong product. The man would not give me my money back so l stood there and warned everyone about this practice.T

Sold a product that doesn’t work. Refused to provide a refund. I’m now going to the ACCC to report them.

dont go to this shop, i had a perfectly working phone with a cracked screen, they replaced the screen and somehow damaged part of the phone causing it to restart all the time, they tried to fix it again with no success then told me there was nothing they could do and would not issue a refund...
