Alan, Michelle and Jack have provided the most professional and friendly services for my purchase of an investment property in Qld. I did not have to chase for an answer, a dedicated team member would always keep me updated in the progress. Alan and his team has kept consistent and effective communication with all parties including the Seller, the Agent and the Broker. Although I’m based in Sydney, I didn’t have to worry about anything, the whole process have been handled so smoothly. We just bought a house and we appointed AE & Associates as our solicitor. Alan and Michelle assisted us with the conveyancing process and it ran smoothly. We had a couple appointments with Michelle from 6-7pm. She listened to us carefully and answered our queries with full of patience.
