We received magnetic boxes that had no magnets and 20 boxes with notes attached stating they were marked with glue, not cut properly and with other defects. Boxfox would not pay the freight back as there were many boxes we were unable to use . There is no phone number to ring only communication was by email. They took no responsibility with the boxes that had defects. It was all our cost to send the boxes back to Melbourne. No money refund only store credit offered. No customer service or quality assurance. I would not use a company again with no phone number to complain

The first few batches were great, but it went downhill after that. If you’re after boxes that look like someone has been picking their nose and wiping it on the boxes, boxes with magnets missing, boxes that are scratched, dented and unusable then BoxFox may be the place for you!There are so many other great companies with amazing service out there, Koch&Co, PR Packaging and Packaging Tribe just to name a few.

First time that I have ordered from boxfox and my order comprised of a couple of sample orders.Ordering was easy, delivery efficient and the products were well wrapped/protected for delivery.I will be using this company again for a regular order.

Terrible customer service team who aren't willing to help. Purchased their boxes in bulk thinking it would be decent quality. The magnetic boxes ended up not being sturdy at all and the glue on the sides are not sticky after 2 hours...There goes our money down the drain.

Do not recommend box fox. We had multiple issues with faulty boxes and to begin with they exchanged which we were grateful for. The boxes didn't get any better in quality so we decided to end doing business with them and had unusable damaged boxes and wanted a refund on them.Very poor communication and trying to get a refund from them is is as hard as getting water from a stone to the point the boss wouldn't accept anything and closing the door on me and getting his employee to come out and say he is in a meeting because he doesn't like confrontationJust a very poor business man hiding behind his employer and business.

Website was very easy to navigate; samples and order came very quickly and were exactly what we needed. Communication was excellent and product is high quality. We will definitely be ordering again.
