The shower screens we ordered look fantastic and the guys were so neat. We dealt with Nathan and he is very knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing was really good good compared to our other quotes (like really competitive) . I could not recommend these guys more.

Schedulers call last minute or not at all. Called last minute for the quote. We booked work. Paid 50% and the work is scheduled to be done tomorrow so I'm told but the scheduler never called.

BEWARE!! Only quick and reliable when booked in for job quotation. Once given the job, prepare to do all the follow-ups yourself. Communication is 0/10, delayed response on queries and zero customer care. My splash back had to be removed and repainted TWICE for scratches. Had to mention consumer affairs involvement to expedite job completion. One week job turned into a 7-week wait. What a NIGHTMARE!!!

I was recommended Perth City Glass from a work colleague and I am so glad I listened to their recommendation. Perth City Glass service from their Receptionist to their Schedulers to the person who came out and measured and to the wonderful gentleman who installed the Shower Screens and Mirror - their assistance was exceptional and professional. I would give them 100 stars. They transformed my old bathroom to a bathroom that looks pretty amazing. I personally Highly Recommend this company!!!!!!! You wont be sorry.
