For a small town, Agnes Water Foodworks has an excellent range of food and household items. Gluten intolerant? Vegan? They've got you covered. Pet food is also well stocked. The delicatessen has a wide variety of goodies. The smoked olives are a must !Unfortunately the car park is hard to manoeuvre in and out of when there are numerous vehicles parking, however, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming that it's a pleasure shopping here.

Great shop ..fresh veges. Everything you need there. Might be slightly more expensive but hey it's more isolated than other areas.

I was asked by the cashier to open my backpack for her to look inside as I stood paying for my food at the check-out because it's a 'store policy'. I've never experienced this at a grocery store in my life. (Doesn't everyone carry a bag with them??) Then on my way out I was stopped by another cashier telling me to go back to pay for my items?! Is there a lot of theft at this store, or have I just been profiled? Not pleasant or necessary in my opinion.

Got a permanent ban notice for my Assistance Dog not being on a lead. He was training off lead for a specific job to do. The owner dictates her own laws and rules. Made a formal complaint to the QLD Human Rights Commission.

I was very surprised at how low some prices were.Parking is always a problem here so I parked outside on the road. No problem.The cashier who dealt with me was a lovely lady.

Bag search is absolutely invasive!! Next time they search my bag like this and touch my stuff, I gonna take them to court. Last time somebody searched my bag like this was an immigration officer on Argentina-Chile border years ago.Also, in front of me, there was an old lady in her 70s probably, with a child, and the cashier also demanded to check her purse - you must be kidding?!!Have some respect for people, and if an old lady steals a carton of milk, let her have it! Your prices are equivalent of stealing in themselves!!

Here on holidays, did a grocery shop yesterday to get a few essentials. Customer service from check out lady was a 0/10 (juniors and deli staff were lovely). Got some bread, dated the 18/10 (today is the 16th) went to eat it and it’s got mould all through it. Also bought some prepacked pancakes, dated 19/10, mould all through it. Take me back to the city where it costs half the price with double the quality!!!!
