Food was super nice. Coco margarita was too salty, I'll come again and I'll say no salt next time, I know it's traditional, but some people don't like salt. I would have like to have been allowed to order a child meal for elderly adult with appetite. Management should be a little more considerate.

Wonderful food, great staff and great ambience. Loved the patata, crispy halloumi starters. The chicken and chorizzo risotto was amazing. The tiramisu was served very differently, but turned out good. All in all a great Italian place at Lilydale. Recommend definitely.

Great pizzas and lovely staff. Ordered a large number of pizzas for an event and they did not disappoint. All great quality and super tasty. Absolutely love the care and compassion the team at Rowanos in Chirnside Park has for the community too.

We are visiting from overseas and just picked this by searching for places nearby on google maps. My husband called and made reservations. Had no idea what to expect, but we feel we found a gem! I had a lovely meal there tonight my husband. He ordered the lobster and scallop risotto and I had the seafood crepe! Both absolutely delicious! Highly recommend this restaurant. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It’s located in a strip mall, and from the outside it was difficult to find at night - so glad we found it!

Don't need the menus as we adore the bruchetta, parma and carbonara, and share all three dishes between us.Holy goodness there was a lot of garlic in the carbonara tonight, which was awesome. The bruchetta's bread was also toasted a bit more than usual, which supported the toppings through to the last bite.The parma size was great and thick, and perfect bubbly browning of the cheese, with your magically fluffy yet crispy chips to the side and not underneath.Absolutely 10/10. Cheers!

Absolutely disgusting we got this delivered and I can tell you the gnocchiCame like slop it’s non eatable and when I called to complain nothing was doneOne of the meals came with all sauce and hardly any gnocchi never would I order from here again

Bring board games, bring snacks, bring drinks, bring something to have a nap on. Do not make plans with any deadlines for after dinner or you will miss them. Expect to wait 1.5 - 2 hours for your meals after ordering, expect to be offered 1 drink before you order and to chase down any additional drinks during your long wait. The food ranges from decent to good but simply not worth setting aside an entire night for. Despite all appearances this is a takeaway place that also does dine in, not the other way around. Management needs to do some hiring and training or reduce the seating capacity as the staff are unable to keep up with demand

The food was superb! After I had the Gnocchi Alfredo, I started looking to try the same pasta in Melbourne as I loved it when I tasted it here. We went there on 6th of June for my friend’s birthday dinner and Sinead was fantastic in providing us an awesome experience! Her smile and vibe is fantastic. Highly recommended!

As locals Rowanos is our go-to for takeaway pizza! Always friendly staff and delicious pizza with generous toppings. We have also dined in on a few occasions with family. Great local restaurant with a variety of cuisines.
