Very disappointed with the price rises. I have seen a dinner set in there for 3-4 mths and it’s only just been reduced but still outrageously priced. All these items are donated to op shops so whatever you make is a bonus. Have you wondered why you’re not getting people working at your stores. Perhaps you should rethink your prices. These items are DONATED to you!!! Seriously!! It’s no longer fun op shopping.

rude staff with no compassion. my son had $4 of pocket money there was a toy for $5 he wanted to get it, I don't have any money so I could add to it, as i shop at op shops alot i know they are flexible with pricing sometimes. he left the op shop crying. you would think for a op shop they would have a bit more of a caring nature, expecially for the children. bunch of rude old ladys on a power trip, so sad. deffinitly my least favourite op shop.

This is a large op-shop, and they price things quite low relative to other op-shops, which is great. It's my first choice op-shop to drop things off, and on more than one occasion I've come come out with something after it caught me eye. Good job!

I was there recently and pleasantly surprised to hear a polite, professional reminder that they were going to close soon.A VERY nice change from their usual obnoxious We're closing in five minutes" business.Most staff lovely

Big op shop, extremely well priced compared to the others in Ringwood, amazingly well categorised and neat. Definitely worth checking out.

Very disappointed on the prices and the rude manager. Way too overpriced considering they get everything for FREE!! Terrible and disgusting how this employees are trying to rip customers off

Refused to take my clothes donation. They were clean, folded and nearly new. Claimed to be overstocked and I should return at 10am tomorrow. I’ll not bother with Vinnies in future.
