We had a heartbreaking case with our alpaca and the team at Heartlands Vets were absolutely amazing and honest. From now on I’m taking all my animals there.

Very helpful and compassionate staff. Explained processes and managed our expectations when our cat had to be put down recently. Comforted and supported me when I went to pieces and gave me the time I needed to deal with it. Recommended.

Had a dog in anaphylaxis, tried calling their emergency number several times last weekend wasting my time in an emergency situation, didn't even ring. Luckily got hold of the Gidgegannup vet, followed his instructions and drove for an hour as that was the only option, saved her life.

Great service. Our dogs love to visit.

Heartlands Veterinary Clinic have serviced all our dogs during the eight years we have been living here. We have required a variety of services from, surgical, minor ailments to nail clipping, the expressing of anal glands, to the most difficult, euthanasia. All the staff are very caring, friendly and helpful. If something is too big for them to do, they tell you and refer you to a qualified person to see. The only reason I haven’t given five stars is, there is no emergency service here, which means we either have to take a 50 minute run or more to Perth and or York. And pending on the emergency you could lose your pet in that time.

We appreciated Heather coming to our home so as not to distress our old boy. She was so compassionate, professional and gentle with our old boy crossing the rainbow bridge
