Top end machines and great customer support. My last Metabox was reluctantly replaced recently after six years of solid performance, only as windows no longer supported the gen 6 chipset for win 11 upgrade, and the ssd tech/ddr5 memory etc has improved alot in that time. No hesitation buying another great product from this outfit.My new machine blitzs the GIS i use it for and dilivers a unrivalled performance for the price.

Never had an issue with a minor warranty claim, the team was so professional and efficient - all via digital communication!I don’t hesitate to recommend Metabox to anyone I know looking for high-powdered laptops for work or gaming.

Shocking quality laptops. Battery wouldn’t hold charge after 6 months, was getting 30 minutes total battery life when doing something more intense. Currently 2 years of ownership and practically have to wait for it to load like a 15 year old desktop. Junk

I have now had my laptop for 2 years and without a doubt it is the best value for money and it functions exactly as specified. I would love a longer battery life. But all in all you get such good value and gueinue help when required. So much better then your mainstream branded laptops!

Such a good experience in customizing a laptop to meet my needs. The price and service rivals Any off the shelf options I've seen. I picked a laptop on preorder, but it only took a few days to ship once it was finally available for production, and I appreciated the up to the minute status info provided. Can't imagine going back to a store for any future needs.

Bought a Metabox Laptop, and had a difficult setup due to User inexperience. The Service Department at Metabox were outstanding in their assistance & even shipped a System Image across the country for me.I have been very impressed with the quality, responsiveness and attentiveness of their staff.Edit: Unfortunately there was a fault with my Laptop, and I've ended up seeking a refund. Again, the customer service was impeccable, however, that quality did not reflect itself in the product.

Update: 1 year update: the laptop CPU gets super hot for no reason now despite the fans spinning faster than a jet engine.Horrible experience.Motherboard died 2 months after use.I send my computer back and am told it would take 3-5 weeks to fix.They replace it with a temp motherboard and it started crashing during sleep. They tell me it's probably due to the temp motherboard and wait till I get it fixed.After a few weeks, I finally get it back. It still crashes. After following a ton of instructions, metabox has me reinstall windows. They send me the wrong windows version... After finally re installing windows, the mic doesn't work... And no one seems able to help.

I have two and man are they power houses for the money and they last and last..Service is great got amazing help upgrading BIOS so I could go from Win 7 Pro to Win 10..Great as CAD Machines as well
