Worst possible removals in melbourne. Booked for them one month in advance with kumar. Last day he just refused to come saying he has taken another job. With great difficulty I talked to someone else in same co. Came late with small truck. Will not recommend to anyone.Shame on them.

This is the absolute worst removalists iv ever had to deal with and i strongly recommend that you do not use this trash of a company. We ordered a removalists to arrive at my appartment at 8:00 he didnt show up didn't even call WE had to call him to check his where abouts. The guy tould us he would be at our appartment by 7:00 the next day and surly enough he didn't show his face and wouldn't reaspond to our calls. The customer service at the front desk didn't do to much to help either. If you want a removalists DO NOT use this horrible horrible business.Ps if i could give them less than one star i would...

They booked the service 5-6 weeks in advance and then didn't show. When I phoned to follow up, they said they would be 4 hours late. Then they still didn't show up. Not trusted. Do not waste your time with them!e

This company provided me with so little truck for 2br apartment, they ended up dismantling all my furnitures and played tetris to fit everything in a tiny truck. This has consumed a lot of time with a freaking bill of 1100aud and a damaged and dented furnitures - I kid you not. I messaged the owner and just ignoring me, not that I am after a compensation but a little decency to talk things out. Dont hire them or if you will, look at the truck first if it will fit your stuff, dont let them dismantle everything and play tetris. I have a hole in my pocket and a very dissatisfied customer. I am not some bot, this is an honest to goodness review. Check the truck, send back home if its tiny. Learn from my mistake. In all fairness, the movers are nice - i dont want to speak ill against them - just judge the photo and go figure.
