I asked for an appraisal writing to him via an email with a time frame intact, for him to carry out a drive past appraisal, he choose to leave me waiting for 6days until I called him and was told by John Beal himself he never answered my email because he don’t appraise home with no access, I explained to him it would have been professional to reply and say that as iv been waiting, he just hung up on me….So if that’s his way to carry out business I would not recommend his real estate agency based in Redcliffe QLD.

You don't care Do you John?no I don't" was his John Beale's reply followed by him hanging up.So a swollen door frame and a door that didn't close and emails advising but ignored 3 times by John and his rental staff resulted in mouldy squelchty carpet. John wouldn't agree that the carpet needed to come up. He maintained to have it professionally dried would be enough.The underlay was rottenThat all led to the question above.John knows I have a respiratory condition.Unprofessional arrogant and now vindictive.Still waiting for a quote to replace carpet .When asked for a time frame Johns reply."Directly"John really does Not careDishonest evasive unprofessional.Not recommended."

We purchased our First Home from John Beal Real Estate only to be handed keys without having access to the Complex Front Gate and the units Garage Door. When I called John to give him the opportunity to fix the problem, I was told to call the property manager. We now have to spend $150 getting remotes coded for a house we paid $300k. But at least were were given a survival kit with a toilet roll for out troubles.

John Beale Realestate are shody and dishonest agents. They charge for services they aren'tproviding. No communication from them or John himself when issues arise. Lack of professionalism. I would not rent from them or get them to manage your investment. Beware of this Realestate. Zero stars rating from myself and family members

I have rented through John Beale Real estate for almost 1.5 years now and find them to be excellent agents. My agent Michelle is excellent. I had an inspection recently where I told her some things that needed fixing, and she didn't mess around, they were all fixed within the fortnight, and they weren't little things either. I am very happy renting through this real estate!

John and the team both managed and then recently sold our investment property during which time we found them very professional, great communicators. John achieved a great sale outcome for us at a time of market uncertainty.

Highly recommend this real estate! Especially Michaela! She was very easy to deal with- she went over and beyond to help us find another property. Always responding to any questions we had in a fast manner. All the staff at John Beal are very friendly. Would highly recommend them all to anyone wanting to deal with an easy approachable team on the peninsula.

John Beale could not sell a property in 5 months. Jan Jones sold it in 2 days. After a stressful 5 months selling with John Beale we pulled the listing and went with another agent. The new agent had some interesting insights after taking inquiries. We had potential buyers who were interested in buying the property but were unable to get in contact with John and were not able to inspect the property. John provided no insight or guidance as to how to sell the property during the 5-month sales attempt. His phone calls were tone deaf and absolutely useless. His calls after open homes were simple, no offers today". Anything else John!? His only advice when prompted for advice

Hi John,Just wanted to give you some feedback about Michaela who is managing my property in Redcliffe and say what a great job she is doing. My property has had quite a few maintenance issues since she has taken over looking after it, and so far she has been really prompt in dealing with them and contacting me and other relevant parties for quotes etc. and I am really happy with the service she is providing.
