Arvie and Greg went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right SUV I was most comfortable with, being 6'10 it has it issues. Arvie and Greg gave me suggestions and their advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on the Porsche Cayenne the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Dutton's Garage (Arvie in particular) to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle. We are looking into Fostering Arvie :)

What a bunch of ****s. After making contact Friday regarding a car on their lot, we arranged to drive up from the Gold Coast and view/buy the car. 5 minutes away from Dutton, the car sales guy calls us and tells us someone else is out for a test drive.Once there, car sales guy tells us (Rami) the cars probably sold.No customer loyalty what so ever. We made the effort to make contact and to drive all the way up to look at the car and these people couldn’t even tell this walk-in buyer that someone else was on the way to view.What does that say about this dealership?

Buying my first European car was a difficult decision, the information & finer details including an excellent 8 minute video of the M3 given by salesman Rami Atweh was fantastic and gave me comfort to buy the m3.Negotiation & communication was very good, as well as no issue to send m3 from Qld to Duttons in Vic certainly assistedLooking forward to lots of great times in my new bmwRegardsRichard Gay

Just had the delivery of my first AMG in my life today, and I couldn't express how excited i was when i first started the engine. Dutton One Brisbane far exceeded my expectations and I must say the entire experience was the easiest buying experience I have ever had.Firstly I expected the ad just couldn't be the actual car I was buying, 2016 Land Rover Discovery Sport it looked brand new. Sure enough I turned up and they took me for a drive in a spotless immaculate car. Looking around the lot you would think its a new car dealership. Not one car that doesn't look perfect.15 mins after the test drive I bought the car. First car and dealer I went to for this purchase. After speaking with Aaron, and seeing the state of the cars they had on display I knew I wouldn't find a better car anywhere else. Aaron and he went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable, easy going and helpful with finance options. Every step of the way the team and Aaron checked in and did everything possible to get me in the car I wanted. Aaron even called me from the hospital emergency department because I had a question, despite being very sick - customer service like that deserves to be commended and recognised.Matthew from the finance team was also amazing organised competitive insurance and very quick at getting finance approved which I didn't need in the end but the service during the process was perfect!My next car purchase will 100% be through Dutton One Brisbane, the experience was that good I will not consider anyone else!

ABSOLUTELY SUPERIOR SERVICE!!I’ve brought a number of cars, but I have never had service quite like I received from Aaron at Duttons.I live in NSW, Aaron made the transfer easy. Any questions I had, he would have the answer to me within seconds.When it came to re-registering the car in NSW from QLD, Aaron was on the phone while I was at the RMS helping where he could.I also had the car delivered to me and Aaron managed to get the car to me as soon as he could.I wanted a car that was unique and Duttons provided exactly that. Very happy, love our new car, Tony was fantastic, no pushy sales pitches at all, genuine interest in helping you buy the right car for your needs and the time you need to do so. Also big shout out to Dutton One finance as well. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a prestige vehicle with great customer service - where the customer is at the centre of the experience - No bad jokes, cringe worthy one liners and pressure that can make buying a car wish you opted for root canal surgery instead.
