Wow what an amazing place with so much variety and options. If you are all about alternative products this is the place. This is a full supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables. The entrance is not like a supermarket but the inside is full of goodies exactly like a supermarket but better products. What a little hidden gem.

The owner of this shop is the absolute best. He is the nicest, sweetest most kindest and helpful man I have ever met. He has never let me down.

The best customer service I have received in a long time! So friendly and helpful. Plus the selection of products they have is great, found everything we were looking for and more!

Definitely the go-to place for organic food in Central coast. The choice, quality and convenience easily make it the stand-out. Prices may be a tad higher than Sydney stores but I guess they don't have much local competition. I especially liked the variety of fresh produce (fruit and veg) and quality too. Then the grocery line range were just as impressive and carry some lines particularly in personal care you can't find in shops (except online stores) that you want to see before you buy. I have made many purchases in this shop after seeing it in online shops as I prefer buying from a physical store.

Beware of the customer service and return policy. The manager was disingenuous about a return after a worker advised a product incorrectly and they refused a refund.Good products there but they’ve lost our business.

I went in on Monday to ask if they stocked a particular product or something similar. The woman on the front, was very unhelpful and I felt like it was a huge inconvenience to even answer my question. I thought that she would offer an alternative to the product I was after but she just said nothing more so I left. This woman is rude and needs some lessons on Customer Service. From what I read on the reviews, I am not the only one who has found some of the staff to be this way.

Some of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind and others are really unfriendly. I've always chosen to shop here over other health food shops because of the large variety however I'm extremely disappointed that they are now forcing customers to use the plastic zip locks provided for bulk buying over BYO bag.

Really good products and produce. Wish the staff would be more helpful and welcoming.
