Could not be happier. Total cost for my, my husband's and our daughter's mobile services is just over $30. Pretty amazing since I was being charged over $50 just for my mobile service with Optus, with less data! No service issues whatsoever and actually their customer service has been fantastic. Well done Moose.

Although Moose Mobile is not very much heard of, it is one of the hidden gems. When you find it, you will not regret.The best thing is their technical support. My wife had some issues after her phone was hacked, Darren handled the call very well. He gave us a lot of practical advices, more useful and logical than what we got from the bank or computer guy that repaired the HP.I will definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Solid service. Good value for money. My only criticism is their lack of newer technologies like eSim, a functioning mobile app (their current app just loads the same website inside the app, but is more buggy), 5G support. Also, their international roaming requires a massive deposit before travelling, which is not ideal. But other than these minor drawbacks, a great telco with great customer service

After many loyal years that ultimately gained me nothing but a larger monthly bill and infurating wait times on hold or chatting to an AI robot, I switched over from Optus to Moose Mobile and not only was the transition super straightforward and quick, my service has not changed at all. I live rural and I am actually amazed at how identical the service is. Honestly, at this point why would you stay with the big boys when you can go through a third party like Moose and it is EXACTLY the same product for a fraction of the cost. 5 stars for product and customer service.

After switching over from ‘Vodafail’ I couldn’t be happier. Moose Mobile provides such a fantastic deal at a much better price than greedy Optus (who also like to steal your data and provide it to Russians hackers haha!). Quality and price can’t be beaten and that’s reflected in the reviews that speak for itself really.

The customer service would have to be THE best I have ever experienced, from tonal delivery to guidance and then some! Service providers and the like need to take a page or two out of Moose Mobile’s Employee Handbook, speak with their P&C Department, and seek guidance from their hiring processes and procedures because whatever THOSE providers are doing, they’re clearly doing it WRONG! The NBN speeds and coverage are met with those stated on the Moose Mobile website. Using a BYO TP-Link AX3000 Archer AX53 Router for a FTTP NBN connection box (both located in a double garage single story 4BR + sound treated Music studio), no dropouts or lagging of wired or wireless connections and we’re a family of 2 gamers and a music producer, with an array of devices and streaming habits that give the word ‘addiction’ new meaning.If I could personally thank each Moose Mobile CS Team Member personally I would, but for now all I can offer is a virtual 5 STAR rating.Well done and keep up the great work!

I'm on the $25.80 plan that includes international calls. When I try to call Vietnam, I receive a recorded message from Optus saying the feature isn't enabled. Unlike some other telcos, Moose does not have an online 'switch' for me to turn this on, so I left a support ticket, to which I received no receipt or response. I then tried to call their Tech Support line today, and the first call failed while I was in the queue and I gave up on the second after 10 minutes in a queue without any indication of how much longer I'd have to wait. I have a very simple request and they are impossible and faceless to reach, so I'm leaving this review here so Moose and the rest of their potential customer base can see how difficult it is to resolve simple issues with them.

Best thing I ever did moving over to a Moose mobile plan. Very reasonably priced, and never had a problem with the service. Have recommended to family members who changed over and are also very happy. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Moose mobile was the best find. I have been so happy with their services. I've never write reviews but I really wanted to help promote this company. The prices are amazing, the reception is good and their customer service is quick and easy. I would highly recommend Moose Mobile.

Moose has been over charging me above their advertised price, I made them aware of this and they still haven't sorted this out months later. There are better plans offering better data for the same price or less.
