Hubert & Dan hit it out of the park every time! All our wedding guests have not stopped raving about the incredible food... a testament to Tassie's fine produce, Danielle is so talented! We are already excited to get back and have another party with her.

Hubert and Dan catered for our cocktail style wedding in Launceston. They were the most amazing people to work with! So organised and professional, but also so friendly and easy to work with. The food was absolutely delicious and on the day the teamwork and staff service were faultless. They could not have done a single thing better. All of our guests still rave about how amazing the food and service was! Thanks H + D team, you made our special day absolutely amazing! :)

Hubert and Dan were the best wedding caterers we could've asked for; we couldn't be happier to have chosen them. The food was delicious, locally and ethically sourced, and the portions were very generous, meaning all of our guests were very well fed. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout the booking process and provided excellent service during the wedding itself.Many of our friends commented that it was the most incredible and interesting catering they'd ever had. When looking into caterers, we'd heard rave reviews about H+D, and on the day they far surpassed even our very high expectations! Could not recommend them more highly.

I was a guest with food allergies at a wedding H+D catered and I was very well looked after. I had separate canapes and my waitress was careful to list all ingredients to me with every new dish. I carry medication, and I always send my list of common contaminates through to venues and catering services, but this was the first time I didn't need any of my medication at all.

BEST FOOD in Tassie!!!!!! We had Danielle and her team cater our wedding on the east coast! The food and staff were incredible! do yourself a favor and get out to their Thursday dinners at Tamar Ridge you wont regret it!thanks again Danielle and team!

My husband and I want to thank Hubert + Dan for catering our wedding. Misha and Jackie were so lovely to communicate with leading up to the day, and we were so grateful that we had no worries at all regarding the food leading up to and during the day. They were all so professional, organised, capable and proactive, it was so awesome. While they were at the top end of our budget, as soon as we had them booked in we were so relieved. Everything they did was fabulous. So many guests commented on how beautiful the food was. They said how lovely the set up of the grazing table was, how high quality the produce was, and how no corners were cut. It was not the standard grazing table; it could have been our main meal! Everything was so so good and we are stoked with the service. Our guests and the staff of our venue also made many comments and compliments regarding the staff of Hubert and Dan. The waitstaff were so friendly, attentive and seemed genuinely happy to be a part of our day. Hubert and Dan are unbeatable for catering events!

We had Hubert & Dan cater for our wedding and the food was unbelievably good! We had so many guests say that not only was it the best food at a wedding, but the best food they've ever had.Every single dish was delicious - beautifully prepared and presented. The team was so professional and attentive. Overall just a wonderful experience.We want to have another event just so we have another excuse to have them cater for us!

Hubert and Dan. Tom and I decided before we were even engaged that we would have Hubert and Dan as our caterer for our wedding. Their food is phenomenal every time and on our wedding day it sure didn't disappoint. Hubert and Dan were easy to communicate with and the food was faultless. We had so many guests the night of the wedding raving about the food and it was the number one topic at our recovery the next day. We were so pleased that our guests were satisfied with amazing food and most importantly, full.Would highly reccommend Hubert and Dan to anyone!Eb & Tom
