They honestly don’t know how to take instructions, asked for a fade cut and they shaved off all my hair on the side and back made me. Never regretted going to a salon more than this. Probably have got such a high rating because they asked all the people to give this store a 5 star rating. Would’ve given a zero if it was possible, never going back.

Best barber I've ever been to, very kind and welcoming with excellent service. They actually listen to what you want and are pristine about there work and keeping the space clean would highly recommend getting all your cuts here from now on

Went in with full beard, asked for a trim on the sides of it and got practically a #0.5 on each sides leaving an uneven goatee.And some weird line of longer facial hair along the top and bottom of the sides. Had to cut it off when got home.To be fair he did ask it it was ok but being short sighted and no glasses on i gave the standard “yep” reply, my mistake.

So trash, I just went in and told him not to cut much but he cut the whole length off. Asked for a fade man didn’t fade at all. Terrible and it ended up looking so bad and still made me pay $35. Terrible service and was extremely rushed. It was the slim man with the beard. Highly don’t recommend at all improve your service and cut better, all amateurs here.

I got my hair cut by the heavier gentleman with the tattoos and beard. My presence and request for a haircut had noticeably inconvenienced him, as it looked like he'd rather remain seated watching videos on his phone. I asked for a skin fade and instead he basically shaved the back and sides off completely. He's extremely rude and clearly just wanted to get it over and done with so that he could get back to what he was doing. When we were done, he took off my apron and told me as much. No mirror for me to check the back of my head, no offer of any hair product. This guy just simply isn't interested in being there. I can't remember a time where I was met with such poor customer service before. Absolutely terrible!

Worst fade haircut i have ever got. Not to mention the scissors were obviously blunt and kept ripping and pulling at my hair. Didnt straight cut the edges to make them look clean even after asking multiple times. As required by act health law. Hairdressers and barbers must wash their hands and clean equipment between each client, which i also didnt observe.

I for one will be avoiding this place like the plague. Should rename this place to bad barber. Waited in line for about 45 minutes while one barber was getting through 3 customers hair quite efficiently and the other guy was taking forever to cut someone’s hair. Just went out for a few second to fetch my son and he seemed to finish his haircut at the same time while another customer cut in. Bad management of customers and lazy barbers.
