New designs are amazing,expensive but amazing

A fine modern establishment providing comfortable & family friendly living standards.The Estate itself offers a broad range of Display homes to explore through and the local park is right smack in the guts of the Estate.This means if you wanted to take the family out, once you've finished checking out the houses, you can relax under some shelter and allow the kids to run around and de-energize on the lush green grounds.You have immediate access to the local Angle Vale supermarket providing serveries for grocery shopping, Medical needs, takeaway stores, The Gym for those that want to stay in shape and the well known Virgara Fruit & Veg store.Oh and lets not forget the BWS bottle shop is just a few minutes drive away. ;)The new Super School is quite close by opening for business with in a year or two. Not to mention one of the few childcare centres in Anglevale is right at the entrance of the Estate.Need a trip to the CBD? The Kudla train station is only a 10 minute drive away! Or if you prefer a better standard w/ carparking, the Tambelin station is only an extra 5 minutes on top.The Roadways around Angle Vale are not to the best standard, however with all the new developments & Estates occurring, we can only hope to expect significate upgrades & new storm water drains installed where required.

This is well presented and set out. We found it hard trying to find Fairmont and drove around before finding them. The area is green and looks aesthetically pleasing. The only suggestion I would make is they need a public toilet nearby as you spend a long day here looking at homes.
