Amazing key worker my Son looks forward to see Mel every week, she has helped us so much.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with Everyday Independence. My son's key worker Mal is an absolute delight, very personable and is also well trained in the field. She's fantastic at making resources and my son always has a smile on his face when she visits.

Blake was our key worker for ages, he was so great with us and advocated for us at every turn, helping us navigate the confusing system of the NDIS and making so much progress with our little boy in terms of communication, independence, and development! He’s equipped us with the tools to be better parents, advocated for us in the times when we didn’t know how to, and given us so much knowledge in services we never even thought we could access! We miss him so much, and luckily we were blessed with a new key worker who is just as headstrong and determined to get us all of the supports and services we could ask for!Mal has been incredible in picking up right where Blake left off, she is incredibly compassionate, compotent, and extensively well versed in navigating the NDIS! As a neurodivergent parent, I find so much comfort in being able to talk to Mal about the things my son struggles with as well as the day to day struggles I experience, and coping mechanisms, services we can look into, words of affirmation and patience are only some of her best qualities! There’s not enough space in this tiny box to list everything that these two amazing humans have done for us, and no way to express in words how grateful we are, but if you’re looking for someone who gets the job done, connects you with everything you’re entitled to utilise, develops amazing rapport with you and your child, and keeps you in the loop with everything they’re working on to accomplish for you, all without breaking a sweat, we couldn’t recommend Mal or Blake more!-Paige, Caleb and Levi

NDIS recommended Everyday Independence to me and I couldn’t be happier with what I got out of that recommendation.I’ve been with my OT, Alice, for a few months now. She always brings laughs to our sessions! Even when talking about difficult things, she’s so comforting and makes it feel like everything is going to be okay.(She also has the coolest hair)I couldn’t recommend Everyday Independence enough!
