First time visit, was friendly and professional. Will go again. Dr Latt is extremely thorough and makes u feel at ease. Both my wife and I are very impressed with the medical clinic

The receptionist named Brea demonstrates a dismissive demeanor when communicating over the phone, often displaying a lack of respect towards patients she does not favor. While many positive reviews come from fortunate clients who receive exceptional care, this is not the case for those who are less fortunate. If you are facing challenges in communicating due to a disability, it would be advisable to seek out another medical center that better understands and accommodates your needs. Despite lodging complaints, there has been no resolution. It appears that only positive reviews are taken into consideration.As someone who typically avoids seeking medical care, this one-star review serves as a reaffirmation of my reasons. The focus seems to be primarily on financial gains, and individuals with disabilities or limitations are treated as if they should strive harder to meet certain standards. Unfortunately, an increasing number of people are opting out of medical care due to experiences similar to the one provided by your service.

Fast, friendly service at reception. Doc was great, very thorough. Will definitely visit again and great location.

Caring, friendly staff with Doctors that take their time to listen no matter how long it takes. Each time I go I feel like I am important and always listened to. I feel so blessed to have a Doctor that cares and treats me as an individual. Thank you

Was good couldn't see my doc til 18th of may they put me on cancellation list & I got in today at 5pm only rang late this morning for the appointment appreciated it

We have been associated as patient’s for past three years plus. We have seen a few different Doctors over that period and all have been excellent, currently seeing Dr Hay Mar Hsaung who is affectionately known as Doctor Emily, she is extremely knowledgeable and thorough taking time to explain everything. We highly recommend this practice to family and friends alike. Also would add the nursing staff and receptionist’s are excellent too.

As a ongoing patient at primary care physicians and staff , I cannot recommend this clinic high enough.They put in the effort to actually listen to there patients , not just another bum on a seat like some clinics .Staff are always curtious and very pleasant.Would highly recommend this practice for young or older patients.Thankyou Trevor

If you are looking for a caring medical practice, look no further. The doctors, nurses and staff are the best. Doctor Olosula Olulope is one of the most diligent doctors I have ever met, and I am grateful to have him as our doctor.
