The F45 workouts are high quality, more importantly for me though the trainers at the Sandringham centre are absolutely world class. Supportive, happy to give you a nudge if they can see you've got more in the tank, equally as happy to help you adjust your session if you're struggling. Top class.

Very accommodating coaches! Anika and Abrar are awesome. They’re very nice to me on my first day. I just feel bit bad because I have to stop a couple of times just to relax my sore feet and they’re very understanding about that! The gym is very tidy and well organized. Great job! Joining F45 has been life changing for me! Our trainers are inspiring, inclusive and motivating - happy to regress or provide you with a more challenging alternative to an exercise. No day is the same - I love this as it prevents boredom. New routines are constantly being added so you are constantly challenged & engaged! A huge shout out to Nathan, Ben, Sean, Alex & Ebony for all the encouragement & tips over the last year!The F45 community is supportive, friendly and welcoming! F45 Sandringham-Highett have been amazing in assisting me to stay active and healthy on my journey as a new parent. I trained right up until I was 35 weeks pregnant and now that my baby is 13 months old I am even fitter than I was pre-pregnancy! The team have been so incredibly helpful alternating exercises where required, yet still ensuring I am working as hard as possible each and every session. All of the trainers are skilled PT’s, friendly and have kept me motivated and accountable over the last two years. If you’re looking for a gym with a solid culture, experienced PT’s, that will grow and evolve with you and your life changes, then I highly recommend F45 Sandringham-Highett.
