We never thought buying a new car could be such an exciting experience, until we met Abbey at Lexus of Canberra! She is a total professional, with an easy and welcoming manner and really knows her stuff. When the car arrived, she went through every detail, connected all our electronic equipment (including hearing aids) and never baulked once at our repeated questions. Her exceptional customer service is a credit to Lexus of Canberra and we will certainly be telling our friends and family who to contact in the future.

Particularly the Service Section, managed by Nigel and supervised by Rohan, is professional, quick, and responsive – in a nutshell: excellent! It is with great pleasure I write this review for Lexus of Canberra. From the initial phone call to arrange a test drive to collecting the keys, the staff were extremely professional, dedicated and willing to answer any questions or concerns. I would like to specially mention Peter Bui as a sensational Lexus representative and dedicated professional. I would highly recommend Lexus of Canberra. I am extremely happy with my new 2023 Lexus RX350 and commend the team at Lexus of Canberra.

I can't speak highly enough of Abby and her approach to customer service. I never intended to trade in my Landcruiser and buy a Lexus RX 450h. I was just looking, but glad now that I did. It's a beautiful car. At the time the car was ready to collect, I was in hospital and Abby came to see if I was ok. My wife collected the car and was similarly impressed with Abby's service. She now wants to buy a Lexus from Abby too and trade in her Calais. No greater accolade than that from a repeat customer.

I contacted Lexus Canberra regarding an issue with a Lexus vehicle's alarm. The man on the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, and they were happy to take a look at the car. I feel that they genuinely wanted to help on the phone and at their service centre. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I imagine that it will be the same next time.
