Had very pleasant experience with the friendly dentist and staff. Dr Guo cleaned my teeth very thoroughly. The best clean I've had. Highly recommend Dr Guo.

So glad to have found Dr Changjie, he is an amazing dentist - had my wisdom tooth removed 2 days ago and I already feel 100% absolutely no pain and no bruising what so ever, the nurses are so friendly and even gave me a check up call today :) would highly recommend him to everyone!

My wife and I visited Rien dental this morning. Dr Guo is a friendly and patient dentist. We both did general oral exams and teeth clean. The thing is I was really shocked when I was showed the bill. The total cost was $700 in total but the gap payment was $422. Honestly, it was disappointed. My Medibank private insurance can only cover 39% of the total cost, which was normally above 80% according to my last few years’s experiences. I’ve been doing this kind of dental check from different dentists in the last few years, but I’ve never paid this much for a basic dental check. I strongly do not recommend this dentist to those people who are holding Medibank private insurance.Based on your reply, there are a few points that I would to mention:)1. You should absolutely know who I am as Dr Guo has already given me a call this morning and asked me to delete the review;2. The dentist only spent 3mins to check my daughter’s teeth and we did pay $50 for that.3. We actually only took three x-rays in total rather than 4;4. You didn’t tell the truth regarding if the receptionist asked me about the policy of my insurance. The truth was I did check with her about how much gap for a Medibank insurance holder to pay for a teeth clean when we were waiting there before the exam. But she told me there was nothing she can do until the bill comes out.5. You said it’s not fair to you as I gave you a two stars review. But I think It’s actually unfair to me as I’ve been using my private insurance for many years and it did help me to claim most of the bills for general dental check in different places. If you know there will be a big gap for a general dental check for customers who are holding Medibank private insurance, you should have mentioned to them especially someone like us asked your staff before the check. In my review, I just give an advise to those people who are holding Medibank private insurance. Everyone has the right to judge how satisfactory they are.

Best dentist ever! Went for a root canal treatment and Dr Guo did such an amazing job! Definitely will go back for my general check again. Recommended for you who's looking for a great dentist in Melbourne.

Very nervous about my implant surgery even though Dr Guo has told me it will be much better than the extractions. But actually it was painless and didn't feel any uncomfort after the numbing worn off. Very happy so far.

Dr Guo is an amazing dentist, very very gentle and patient! Only wants the best for his patients always feel so safe around him and his nurses. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Dr. Changjie is an amazing dentist. Any superlative will be less for his skills. He is the dentist of our entire family. The clinic staff are very caring and helpful. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After having some uncertainty regarding my wisdom teeth, it was such a weight off my shoulders to come in and have all my questions answered by Dr. Guo, who was incredibly patient and compassionate. Can’t recommend this practice more.
