Anthony and his team designed a new system for our home. we couldn't be more happy with the service and system installed.

I've tried to be a customer. I've given up. Attempted to use them for service and maintenance as they were the company that the previous house owner had used to install and maintain. Had daiken out directly as the wait was too long and they did the service but dont do installation fixes. Was told the installation (10 years ago wasnt great not enough screws etc used). The lady on reception is non attentive. If it was her first day on the job it still wouldnt be acceptable! As my unit is coming away from the wall it represents a safety issue if it falls... but after speaking to a manager he was more concerned about who at daiken said it wasnt installed correctly and was going to assess call me back in 15mins... That never happened and i called 24 and 48 hours later.... still no call back till i got called days later and told the original date i had booked was the best they could do and whether i wanted anything beyond 3 hours at 187 bucks an hour (note I mentioned to them they did the original installation) and no mention in my booking of the Louvre motor that needs fixing also. Clearly business must be good... So I'm going elsewhere to a friendly ex-daiken chap booked in who is doing a reinstall and fixing the Louvre included in the quote and all sorted with a phone call, a call back and a couple of texts with pic at a fixed price for everything at a much better cost.

Dodgy boys - best to avoid.

Great team and quality

My experience with Anthony McDonald who came out to quote was without issue and, in fact, Anthony had me sold. Unfortunately, it was all down hill from there. I phoned the Brookair office in Kirrawee to follow up on a couple of minor issues but the staff member who attended to my call was unfriendly, uncooperative and totally unhelpful. I ended up leaving a message asking for Anthony to return my call, but I never received a call back and I suspect that my message was never passed on. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time - Brookair has a lot of competitors and the company that won my business made Brookair look like a bunch of amateurs. If you value your time, forget Brookair and go elsewhere.

Brookair installed our original ducted air system so we thought they would be our goto company again when our unit stopped running after 19 years.The technician was nearly 2 hours late attending our home, not a good start. He did advise us that the unit would be best be replaced and would get a quote arranged for repairing and replacing.I had to call the office twice to get a repair quote and replacement quote. Still waiting 6 months down the track for the replacement quote.Don't bother with this company. They are very tardy from trying to call them; they hardly ever answer the phone to getting a quote.Better service out there from local companies.

The team rolled up on time put in a full day of constant effort to finish within the day. The project, remove old system and replace with new, required that they work in each room of the house and when they had finished they left no trace. Thanks, much appreciated.

Highly recommend, honest feedback, good service. Happy to pop out and check on my mum's system if something doesn't seem to be working right. Thanks for your help in hot summers and cold winters!
