As an interstate online customer I’ve made several orders in the last year, and a preorder for a sort after item. I have enjoyed great communication in all instances and items have arrived beautifully packaged and have all been of high quality. I love the wide range of toys that I don’t have access to locally, and the community and environmental values they display.

Excellent customer service: called me when an item wasn't in stock, was so patient and friendly as I picked a replacement item. My order arrived the next day! Packed with care and the Grimm Geburtstagsring (birthday ring) is just beautiful as are the figures that go with it. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be shopping here again! I love this little shop. Such a great variety of sustainably and ethically made toys. I always enjoy having a browse when I shop here. The staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable as well. If I have difficulty deciding what to get they are happy to assist me then give me time to decide. I have bought some great gifts for children from here.

Honeybee toys always has the most beautiful displays embracing the seasons and events outside of it. The store inspires imagination with many different ways to use and play with the wonderful toys they sell, is a delight for both my son and I to visit.

I bought many grimms toys from many different stores. Some took long some took longer. Honey bee however, the shipping was so incredibly quick, if they had a same day delivery notice, they wouldn't have over exaggerated they great service. Great product, great services. Look forward to dealing with you in the future

Best customer service. Recently made an order and the delivery was super fast. Had a little problem with the courier however Honeybee Toys resolved the issue quickly and everyone I spoke to were really friendly on the phone. Would not hesitate to recommend this store and will definitely be looking to purchase more things in the future :)

This is my happy place in the world. So much wonder in the store that I always bring more home than I planned! (Who wouldn’t) The staffs are legendary! Flick helped me to complete my wish list/collection for the year to acquire hot-hot items! I will always come to shop in store, so beautiful stores like this can live forever!

Having been only able to shop online through covid, walking into Honeybees was amazing!!! I felt like a kid in a candy store, they had so much stock, almost too much, and I wanted to buy everything. Beautifully presented, beautiful stock, lovely staff. I can't wait to take my kids there asap!
