Still waiting for a response about the extremely high shipping prices.. not sure why anyone would purchase with those shipping costs - would be great for those in the same state that can pick up though I suppose.

Great prices. Had issues with couriers and delivery for 2-3 weeks but they eventually amended the issue and delivered using their own couriers.

At the time of placing the order I made three phone calls and there was an extended email conversation. Still, the order was not sent out on time. Fortunately, the courier was super-efficient and I received the box the next day. STANLEY PACKAGING SHIPPED THE WRONG PRODUCT. When it came time to refund, I was short changed. I didn't have the packaging I needed in time to fulfil customer orders. They behaved like they were doing me a favour to return me to the position I was in before this situation.

I just sent an email requesting turnaround times and had a response within 2 minutes! As they had the product in stock, they said if I ordered today they would dispatch tomorrow. I was pretty pleased with this! Then, after I ordered I got another note saying that it was being dispatched today - AMAZING SERVICE!
