Fix It Faster is brilliant! I have fully integrated it into my business. Once I enter in the clients details I can then use it to communicate with the client. We can send and receive pictures of the job beforehand. I can then schedule the job. I can let them know I’m on my way with an ETA. On arrival I hit the arrive button to inform them I’ve arrived. On completion of the job I had hit the finish button. I can then invoice them directly via the app using stripe merchant payment. Fixitfaster One stop shop to managing all aspects of your business.

They excel where it truly counts; when something inexplicably goes wrong with the app and you need someone to “fix it fast” (all puns intended). Jacqui’s customer service was first class. She reached out to me swiftly and despite all the roadblocks, had technical support on the case and got the issue resolved.

This service was so quick and easy. I found great removalists when I moved who I searched, booked and moved with all in one week. When I was missing some alerts, I heard from the app to check everything was working and even given some credit for engaging with the app well and to help get me started. Do recommend!

I have never used a more user-friendly app before. The Team are so supportive and friendly. AMAZING!!! I can't fault anything on the app. It makes life so easy all services you need been under one app.You can choose a service provider after grabbing a obligation free Quote and checking their profile and reviews. It is so simple.I even got a $25 discount off my first service when using the app for the first time. The cleaners I used were next level and left my home sparkling.Check it out :)

I used Fix It Faster to book a cleaner and absolutely loved the app. I had not used a cleaner before and didn't know where to start in selecting someone from google. The app made it easy to communicate, book and stay in touch with the cleaner. I like that you get a notification when they are on their way to you and that you can pay via the app as well. It's very simple and intuitive to use and I will definitely use it for all future home maintenance and to book tradesman for future renovations. Very impressed and would highly recommend.

I’ve joined as a tradie in this platform. And within the time period I worked for them and still working for them, I found this platform as the most active, client oriented platform. We now use Fixitfaster exclusively when booking cleaners. I booked an end of lease clean through fix-it-faster. Was really quick and easy to post a job description and photos, review quotes, book, track and pay in the app. Cleaners did a fantastic job, couldn't be happier.

I booked The Spectacular Handyman through fixitfaster. Both the app and Nabil the handyman were the best. 10 out of 5 stars here. Easy to use, connect and receive quotes. Great app and the best handyman service ever.
