Ted and staff did a wonderful job repairing ny car that was initially considered a write off. I had to return it a second time to have a few things adjusted, touched up on after the Repair job. But granted, it was a big job they had with it! Ted accepted my concerns with open ears & did all he could to help accommodate me (coming from the other side of Sydney). Communication with Ted was seamless & reassuring. I highly recommend PR Smash Repair. Thankyou for your outstanding customer service.

They are fantastic services and kindly..all. even my car had flat of battery during the service time, they were concerned me then called me check late afternoon. It is so impression for me because it was not repair parts but they are try to care for custom. Well done PR smash repair team.

My car was damaged in collision with other driver's fault. NRMA isurance did not want to accept that it was their customer's fault. Mr Ted Listkow looked at the damage and reassured that the damage was the other driver fault. Ted organised an independent person to confirm. NRMA insurance could not argue and paid for the damage done to my car by their customer. PR smash repaires have done good quality panel bitter etc work. Thank you very much.

Rad P is a victim of common sense. I have been using PR Smash and Mechanical Repairs for years and in recent times had my car repaired when a inconsiderate driver decided to go through a Red Light.Ted assisted in Towing and with a loan car. The repairs were excellent as were the boys in the panel shop. Staff were most helpful in all respects.PR Smash is a example of good old fashion service and they will go out of their way to assist.In these times when the insurance companies are trying to weasel their way out of paying for repairs and duping the public, Ted will go that extra length to help.Well done Ted and staff most appreciated..CheerAndrew

Very pleased with the repair. Especially good paintwork. My car is a triple layer pearl white...and the blend between original paintwork and the repair is the best I've seen.

One of the worst decision we made to put our new car in their hands.We took the car in and left it at with PR Smash(Allianz network repairer) and repairer who now checked the two damage and said should not be an issue and should expect the car ready for pick-up on Friday.From here its pretty much went down hill let alone paying two excess($2300) wasn't bad enough.1- The repairer failed to commit to the first promised date and advise another date.2- The Repairer failed to keep every date promised after the original promised date and Allianz have record of this as I contacted them who then spoke with the repairer and got different dates to what I was promised.3- Two weeks later got the car back and it looked fine till the trip we took down to Jarvis Bay for the weekend, I noticed something flapping and banging on the side that was damaged as we were on the motorway, pulled over notice that the sections they repaired was falling apart as I drove screws and plugs had already long gone.4- I assessed the car very very carefully and found nothing but extremely poor workmanship provided by Allianz's choice of repairer and had added more damages as now there are chips left on the section that was not requiring repair and was still in new condition. And also instead of new parts being used it seemed old parts were used on the car that's not even 1 year old from manufacture. By ACL law all repairer must advised when using any damaged or refurbished part on repair.5- Followed the procedure set by Allianz which is to take the car back to the same repairer to fix which is a joke considering this repairer let me drive away with a detective car not road worthy and could have potentially caused a major accident if the whole part of on the fender flew off and hit the wind shield of another car doing high way speeds of 100km/hr.6- Repair complained that I should have noticed this when I picked up the car which makes no sense to me as I am not a professional on that trade. And then claimed its nothing major can be fixed in one day he just needs to order all the parts and refit then. Don't see how he can do this in one day as bonnet wast missing paint on edges and he now had to repair the chips he added while fitting the side panel.7- It is now almost 2 weeks from when the repairer said he will fix the car yet still have not herd from him or Allianz. The wife is still driving the car and having to push the parts in every time she drives as we only have the one car and also our 16 month baby girl needs to be driven on baby seat to child care.I am stuck between a rock and a hard place and Allianz do not seem to have any consideration of how much this affects us or any family, and do not want to make the correct decisions that would give us the customer a piece of mind or hold our safety in high regards. I paid the premium upfront and also the excess yet I am left with the new car that's falling apart cause the repairer and Allianz does not want prioritize this as an urgency and I am tired of calling them up and getting the same answer over and over again, they just want me to deal with the problem and the repairer which is from the choice of repairer under there network and highly prefered.Highly recommend NOT using PR smash repairs to fix you car unless you have no care of the quality of repair or the safety of your family.And alsoI would highly advise not to use Allianz and don't waste your time watching the ads on TV showing how concerned they are about us and what amazing level of support there willing to provide when you chose them, cause its only a trap nothing holds true to there service on broadcast or there written policy's

Our family has been bringing our cars to PR Smash since 1988. I have found that their work has always been conducted with the best metal & paint trade skills. I have the utmost confidence in leaving my pride & joy with the PR Smash crew, knowing that they will take care of our cars. I've never seen a workshop that is as clean as this before, and the office is like a doctors reception. Just take a peak at my photo's. Soon my kids will have their own cars, and will be coming down here when the unfortunate happens. I have recommended PR Smash to all my friends and i am now extending my recommendations to those whom read this review.

PR Smash fixed the dents and some electrical issues with my car after i was hit. They did a great job, it looks good as new. They kept me informed on the status throughout and were very friendly to deal with too:)

Great service and recommendation for a minor car repair which saved me a lot of money and repair fixed within the hour. Another business in the area didn’t offer the same service & quoted me 200% more than what I actually paid for with this company.
