Another bad experience with a double axle semi (YQI9EL) on the Bruce Hwy. Sitting up many cars rear and overtaking and cutting vehicles off. Stupid, dangerous and endangering people at Christmas time. Learn to drive.

I was driving from Townsville along the Bruce Highway towards Ayr. I had one of your double axel semis behind me right up my back. He overtook me and nearly swiped me out coming back over. He also done this to numerous cars before he pulled into Ayr. His rego was a Western Australian number plate YQ.19EL. Please let him know what the road rules are

Have no customer service ,Have lost parcel than let me know that they hadn't even picked it up where is the q.c .Service is of poorly standard no phone number for a/h service.Had to argue with drivers about deliveries pay the extra for pallet truck service and get told if you want your delivery I must get it off the truck.note have payed for f/lift all pallet truck.Well done yet another customer the company has lost

Picking up freight, the pallet was too heavy for the back of the ute I was driving. The staff in the office were so accommodating, and the people on the forklifts were also so helpful spliting the load between tray and trailer. A stressful situation turned into a nice experience with such lovely people.

I can not begin to express how happy I am.BETTY you are a star.After the post office losing my first delivery after 6 weeks another was sent out.I rang the freight company who said it was in transit so gave me followmonts number.I luckily got Betty on the phone who did her utmost to trace it.She followed up with daily calls to try to find where it was.Thank you Betty I now have my table.

Do not use this transport company! A terrible transport service. I ordered two caravan springs from a Townsville business on Friday 19th May 2023 to be delivered to Richmond, Queensland. I spoke to a Followmont, Bohle representative on the Friday and was told that the springs may arrive on Saturday but, if not, definitely on Monday 22nd May 2023. I arrived on Monday at the Richmond Followmont Depot only to be told that the springs did not arrive. I rang Followmont, Bohle and was told that the springs were not sent because of the damaged condition of the carton. They led me to believe that the damage occurred from the original supplier of the springs. Upon investigation, this was not the case. The package was damaged by Followmont. The person I spoke with said that she would put priority on the carton and that I could definitely expect the springs at Richmond on Tuesday 23rd May 2023. I arrived first thing Tuesday morning to pick up my springs but only one had landed in Richmond in a very damaged carton. The remaining spring ended up in Mt Isa. I finally received the remaining spring on Wednesday morning. When I spoke to the original supplier of the springs they said that the carton was in sound, original, new condition and that they had experienced a similar issue with the transport company damaging another carton. The Office Manager, Krystalee Keioskie of Followmont, Bohle agreed that this was very poor service and that she would apologise to the business that supplied the spring for the negative assertion that they had damaged the carton and get back to me with an outcome. The Richmond depot said that there should be some compensation in terms of a refund on transportation cost due to the poor service. Several weeks later and neither the spring supplier nor I have heard anything from Krystalee or anyone else from Followmont, Bohle. Think twice before using this company. I notice that Followmont as an employer scores poorly on employee satisfaction which I don't find surprising.

Rudust delivery drivers in town. Learn some patience on the road and when you're delivering, had a driver threaten to leave a parcel unattended because he couldn't wait two minutes for somebody to get to the back dock. Carried on like a pork chop as well when a team member had to excuse themselves from customers to stop him dumping delivery. Not every store has a storeperson, should learn basic manners.

I followed a B Double today from Malanda to Tully. Down the Palmerston Highway through South Johnston then onto the PCW. I would like to give the driver a big pat on the back for his or her safe and curtious driving. I wish there were more out there. The B trailer was No 404

Definitely the best general freight company in Queensland! Move over TNT and Toll!! This family owned company has got Queensland covered and watch out NSW they're coming south!!Late model trucks and trailers, constantly updsted, no expense spared in parts and maintenance - think freight think Followmont!!

Awful service providers. I am sure they are good when the goods are all nicely packaged to the hilt, but when it comes to transporting rare and heavy surfboards, these clowns have no care or desire to be considerate of other people's goods. I would avoid
