Great experience renting Rob's Tesla Model Y. I've requested to have the car at my hotel. Rob was not able to be there that morning, so he arrange everything with the hotel to park the car the day before. He even paid the parking for that night. Easy communication with him. And what to said about driving a Tesla, except that you need to drive one.

Hello, want to leave a brief review after my experience of renting a blue tesla model 3 at Share EV Brisbane.The overall rental experience was positive, however i want to highlight some observations:1) Company is small (obviously not the same size as AVIS or Budget) and the car was parked in the yard of (i suppose) the owner of Share EV. It was a little bit confusing, but at least the car was secured.2)I’ve drove roughly 130km and it reduced the charge by 60%, it was not convenient for me to charge it during my short rental, but the minimum amount of battery at return shoud be above 25%. That personal circumstance limited my driving capability.3) There is no exact company’s address on their website, which is also a little bit strange.However these minor drawbacks i’ve decided to depict just to make my review more objectionable. Once again, i definitely want to say, that overall rental was great. Here is what i’ve liked:1) Rob (i guess the owner of the Brisbane branch) spoke/massage to me directly and assisted on each step, starting from booking, ending with feedback collection. I really enjoy such closer relationships with clients by management.2) Advertisement was trustworthy and concise. I’ve paid the COMPETITIVE price with no any hidden additional fees. That’s great, hard to argue.3) Remote pick-up and drop-off using on-line form was convenient and relatively quick4) I do not have Australian Drivers License - it was OK for me to use the international one.4) I do not have Australian credit card - it was OK for me to make a deposit via my debit card . Big rental companies often do not have such flexibility.5) Deposit returned in a couple of days, much faster than the stated limit of 7 days.6) To be honest, i’m a tough customer and quite an unfriendly person, but both two company’s managers whom i was speaking with was polite, open minded and do not hesitate to repeat what i did not understand due to my poor spoken english.To sum up - I highly recommend that EV rental company due to their service quality and great flexibility, wide range of electric vehicles on their fleet.

Rob is friendly and passionate about his ev vehicles. We want to buy an EV and thought why not try it while we are on holiday for a week. The renting process is very easy. Thanks Rob

Got to drive the Tesla for my birthday as a suprise. The experience driving the Telsa was amazing. The service by Rob was flawless. Highly recommended for people who are interested in Teslas or want to just try one out.

Rob was quick to respond, delivered the car in excellent condition and was flexible on the exact pickup/dropoff location to allow me to park my car for the rental period. Rob provided a concise overview of the car at pickup so I felt comfortable when he left it with me and checked in during the time I had the car to answer any questions I had. The rental process was smooth and trouble free, and Rob returned my deposit within hours of me dropping off the car.Rob's enthusiasm for Tesla products is infectious and he was a pleasure to deal with the entire time. The car itself is an incredible machine, that definitely needs to be driven for more than a 15min test drive at Tesla to really understand what it can do and how the ownership experience will be. Rob dropped off the Tesla Model 3 at our door.The car hire was a surprise present to my husband ( an avid Tesla fan) from our three children and myself for a combined Fathers Day and Birthday gift.Rob was excellent in coping with my ecstatic husband and his advice made it easy for my husband and myself to drive this so very different car.We both fell in love with it and found it extremely difficult to part with this amazing car.Our overall experience was worry free with Rob only a text or phone call away.Payment was easy and deposit refund was prompt.I have no hesitation in recommending Rob’s Tesla Model 3 Rental AU to anyone wishing a truly unique experience.

The whole experience was amazing! Starting with my first conversation with Rob, he answered all my questions and was super enthusiastic and lovely!!! The car itself - omg it’s brilliant!! Rob sent videos to watch first, I’m so glad I watched them, it helped immensely!! Location was super close to the airport for pickup and drop off, could not have been easier. It was honestly the highlight of my trip to Bris, could not recommend enough. And the pricing - incredibly reasonable - not expensive at all, not much more than the cost of a tiny Hyundai! I hired Rob's Tesla for 48 hours as a birthday surprise for my partner Tom. We both loved the whole experience, the hire, the driving, didn't want to return the car, and now i want to buy a Tesla in the future. Rob was amazing and so helpful with everything, from organising the hire through to the end. I could easily contact him at all times with questions and queries. I couldn't recommend this experience more, and Rob's assistance enhances it even more.

Wow!!!! That was an amazing experience. Rob was great and hand over of the Tesla was easy. This was my first time driving a tesla we picked up the car from Rob and drove to the Sunshine Coast for a weekend away and it was an amazing experience. The auto drive is insane!! After being in the car for only 5min I felt 100% confidence in its ability to drive us to our destination. If you are thinking about buying one or just want the experience definitely hire from Rob.
