Purchased a used vehicle from Cricks Volkswagen, and I couldn’t be happier with the above and beyond service. Russ was the salesman we dealt with (10/10 for Russ) but the entire team is great.They were patient, understanding and extremely helpful!

Beware! I brought my vehicle in for service to specifically check the fuel injectors. To do this would cost $300 for diagnostics. I get back to the service department and an $800 service bill is waiting and none of the issues are fixed. Without my authorization in writing or verbal recording they performed a $300 oil change. Which did not need doing. I had just serviced the car 3 months earlier. The Attitude and cavalier behaviour of the attendant was maddening. Crooks.

Needed some guidance re light coming up on dash board of VW Golf.Called into VW Cricks Maroochydoreand Sven was so helpful and informative.

Even though we didn't choose the vehicle in the end, the cars we were interested in were shown to us to the best of the ability, all our questions were answered in a professional manner and the sales person even offered to bring the spec we were interested in from the warehouse promptly. Good job VW, pleasure to deal with!

Our worst customer service experience to the point that after 45 yrs of owning s VW s we will never purchase again

Had a warranty issue with my transporter campervan. I thought I would need to leave the vehicle as they fitted it in on short notice. Ray & the whole team couldn't have been more helpful and had it addressed on the same day & got me on my way 10 out of 10 for service.

They have the best staff, so friendly and knowledgeable!

Well where do I start!Unfortunately we had our motorhome breakdown & towed to Crick's only 2 wks out from leaving on our holiday around QueenslandRACQ trying to find accommodation with 2 cats was a nightmareAfter about 2 hrs they found accommodation & lovely Rachel stayed back after hours giving us time to collect some clothes, food, meds etc & loaned us a car to get to our destinationRachel was very understanding, patient, calm & understood my husband's PTSD which was at a high by nowWe were able to go & buy a connector for the power lead to keep our fridge operating while getting fixed & pick up more belongings the next day & drop off the carRachel kept us informed all the 2wks & put my husband's anxiety to restGratefullness is all we can give as one day you'll get a blessing from God above.Much appreciated & good luck in your career RACHEL!

Always disappointing in every way. Especially when chasing warranty issues getting the run around. Leaving the car multiple times for the same issue to still be occurring upon pick up.

I have experienced great service from Ray in the service department every time. From the hand over to making time to get a headlight replaced as it was dangerous driving at night. On a recent service Cricks/Ray could have replaced tyres as I thought they were due. Rather than take the money they suggested that they would last until the next service. In this day and age its great to have this experience. We continue to use and recommend both Cricks and Ray.Thank you
