Great Beginnings Gymea

Great beginnings are a wonderful centre to be part of. The educators are lovely and always have lots of fun and creative activities for the kids to learn and enjoy. They provide healthy home cooked meals and nappies which is a great inclusive service. Sometimes we require a casual day for our son and their team always manages to find a way to help us arrange this. Their communications is great via the Educa app which includes photos, video and stories of our child’s day which provides us with assurances that our kids are enjoying their day while we are off at work.

I’m very happy with the care I receive for my son at Great Beginnings Gymea. He started there just as he turned one and has been enrolled for the past year.They have wonderful educators in all the rooms, however the baby room that we are in is phenomenal. I start work at 5am so miss seeing my son of a morning, the educators ensure that I have many photos and videos of him all day. They keep the data about his health (food/nappies/sunscreen) up to date. They also provide dinner which is a god send after working a 12 hour shift. Dinner would be the last thing I would want to do when getting home as a solo parent.I highly recommend the centre and thank all of the staff there.

Both of my children attend/ed great beginnings Gymea. We love it there, the educators are so warm and caring but also extremely professional, always going above what’s expected. The preschool program is amazing, my daughter was so well prepared before starting primary school.

The educators here genuinely cared about my son. He never quite settled at his other daycare and so they ensured he settled in well, with a known routine, a loving greeting each morning and an inclusive environment. They worked on building up his confidence, social skills, self regulation, and even worked on his picky eating. Needlesstosay my son loved attending here. After a few months in their care he was almost school ready and thriving. Educators Carla, Renee and Keira went over and above what I expected from educators, not to forget keeping me well informed about my sons development. Highly recommend.

Our daughter Margaret started in this center when she was 2 years old and attended for more than a year.This is a great place for our child. Margaret always loved to go there. Teachers are very caring, kind and supportive and always engage kids in different interesting education activities.

This centre has met the needs of my family over the last three years. Being able to drop my kids off in the morning with breakfast ready for them and pick them up after a long day at work and they have already eaten dinner makes my life so much easier! The kids adore their educators as well. My youngest is in love with the new addition of the birds Snow and Blue, he won't stop talking about them! Highly recommend..

I cannot recommend Great Beginnings Gymea highly enough. After a lot of research, I decided that this was the best childcare centre for my then nearly-1-year-old in the Gymea/ Miranda area.My daughter has been attending this centre for close to 2 years now. She absolutely loves going to daycare and has formed amazing bonds with the educators.I receive updates about her day and love seeing the photos and videos of what she has been up to.Children are given 5 meals a day. The menu is impressive and is munch N move approved. The centre also provides nappies to those children who are not toilet-trained yet.Great Beginnings Gymea has great facilities that allow the children to learn and be creative in a safe and nurturing environment. The staff are passionate about education and provide my child with the utmost care.The management are professional and maintain a good level of communication with parents.

Our daughter attends this centre and we have been so happy with the standard of care she has received. She always comes home so happy and is excited to go back the next week. The educators plan engaging, creative and stimulating activities that keep the children growing and learning. We really recommend Great Beginnings Gymea.
